Thank you. I had a million questions and this video just answered everything. I like how you used the spoon to practice your lines and you didn't waste the chocolate.
This was super helpful did had to do the chocolate melting a few times since I did burn it n my microwave got on fire but this was a really good recipe 1000% invest in a silicone cup and they were really good 😊❤❤❤
This is really helpful my goodness!!! I always burn my chocolate when I melt it now that’s the hack use silicone! And heat it 30 sec intervals ❤❤❤ love love ❤️😘♥️ planning to make these for my bf with sexy greetings 🤣
I searched “how to make chocolate covered strawberries” and you were the first video to pop up and the only one I watched before binged watching your other videos 😅 1) I loooove this video and you seem so nice and down to earth, love that! 2) I have many questions hahaha we don’t have someone that makes sweets close to where I live and I’ve been craving strawberries and my birthday is coming so I thought maybe I could try myself. Last time I tried years ago it was a fail! If I may ask do the berries ever get refrigerated? Before during or after? If not is it just room temp? Last ones I bought at the store were soggy and idk if it was the fridge or the people that made them lol after drizzling do you leave them on the stick on the foam or can you THEN lay them on parchment paper? I noticed in your videos you’re not a fan hahahaha my bday is on a Friday can I pre make them or should it all be done the same day? I feel like I have so much to ask but now it’s about to be midnight and I’m blanking out! 😂
Ahhhh this is so sweet !! Thank you so much & im happy you enjoyed my video 🥰 I’m sorry I’m late on giving you tips for your bday berries :( But next time you make them you can lay them on parchment paper once they dry & place them in the fridge ! :) Also before I dip my berries I usually have them in the fridge so they are kind of colder but that’s ok If you ever have more questions just msg me 🥰
I had made some last year but they didn’t come out this good 🤣 thank you for the video mine will definitely come out better than last time! Subscribed!
Hey! I loveee your videos so much! Your are such an inspiration!! I was wondering what you do with the extra chocolate after the whole dipping/drizzling process. Do you remelt it in the future??
I forget what this method is called but I basically add a small amount of water to a pan and put a glass mixing dish on top to melt my chocolate 😩 it works for me but maybe I’m doing too much work and should just do it how you do it! I don’t have any silicone cups tho 🙃 and yessss the almond bark is key yessss, exactly the chocolate combos you use … yes!!
Thank you for sharing. You're so talented! I've been following you on IG and I am so glad you have a RUclips channel sharing your tips. I'm currently working as a Preschool teacher and I wanna cut down my hours ( yo girl is TIRED) but I need a way to make up for that lost income and I feel like this would be a perfect opportunity. Seriously thank you for sharing this, I had no idea where to start ❤❤
I didn’t even bother watching other videos lol this was great!!! 👏🏼 watching you drizzle the strawberries was so satisfying! I hope I get to that point one day lol I’m 100% I will with practice.. (Here I am saying ,100%)😂😂 Thank you!!!
I like to watch your videos when l need tips and inspiration, l have a few questions. So, when you say sometimes you dip your berry what occasion is that for or is it just because? Also what do you do if you have extra chocolate left over but no more materials to use? One more thing can you do a sanrio or rilakkuma themed box? ❤🍓🍫 By materials l mean whatever your dipping like strawberries or pretzels, Oreos....etc
This video helped sooo much! How do you store the berries before an order? Do you put them in the refrigerator over night? Asking because I want to make some for myself and always wondered how to store them 😅 and also when I make them for other people they tend to sweat and the juices leak from the strawberries. 🗣️Heelp me pllllease. lol
hii 🩷 i love your work! it’s always i neat and satisfying. i have a problem with the leaves on my berries, they get ugly after a while if yk what i mean 😅 they don’t look like yours after dipping, they get crunchy and old looking. hopefully yk what i mean and can give me a solution to my problem! (I’m 100% white chocolate for my berries 😂)
What are your thoughts of vegetable shortening or paramount crystals? I recently used merkens and used the crystals and was not a fan but I really have no clue what I’m doing
Hello. Love all the tips you gave. If the order is for the next day, where do you store your dipped berries? How do you keep the berry leaves from shrinking and looking not fresh?
The first time I made chocolate covered strawberries (like a few minutes ago) I grabbed a few strawberries and I washed them and put them on a plate and poured chocolate syrup on them intill they were covered and I put them in the freezer
You are hilarious! 😆 Thank you for sharing!❤ I’m do have one question, does double dipping prevent the sweating of the strawberries? I just did some & I didn’t double dip and by the time I was done with the 2nd half , the first half started sweating and strawberry juice was just seeping out! 😩
Hi! I wanna make chocolate berries for my bday in a week but quick question, are you meant to put them in the freezer after a coat of chocolate? Pls answer quickly, I’m making them in 6 ish days!
Should you dip your berrys when the chocolate has cooled or when it’s still hot/warm? Also, can you use dark choco for the strawberry’s, Ik you mentioned using white/milk chocolate
you should dip when its warm, i wouldn't recommend dipping when its cooled because the chocolate will harden when cooled. so don't dip when TOO hot, but almost hot if that makes sense lol
What about transporting? If I make them the day of a baby shower, do I need to keep them in a cooler when I'm in the car? I don't want them to sweat. Or will they be okay at room temp?
I laughed out loud when you said “I don’t like it when it look like chicken skin” 😂😂
HAHAHA it’s facts tho!

I'd loveeee to know the temp too because my berries tend to sweat

One question how long do you let everything set?

What stick were you using to hang on to the strawberry when you dipped them?

Do you need to refrigerate or freeze in between steps?
Top to bottom drizzle makes straighter lines. I used to do the otherwise until I saw your videos
