@@notsure1135 Thats what im saying. Electro music is on the rise again, lots of people saying house music summer for 2022 and germany ramping up the raves, the goth clubs in Tennessee are also ramping up and booking Dj's from Chicago, LA and bands such as Pixel Grip, Patriarchy, MVTANT etc. Right Decade!!
Greatly inspired from early Skinny Puppy and Frontline Assembly albums. Good to see. Although too much low end filtered out but I'm sure he has a lot better knowledge of how his DJ setup sounds.
I Know what you mean. Hes not gatekeeping anything. He doesent have to. Usually only people with a lack of skill are not secure enough to share tracks as a dj for example. But what im actually getting at is, that there is definitely a lot more to his tracks, than he was capable of covering in the video. I mean have you looked at how music production works? That shit is as difficult as it gets. Cause you need to be an artist and a technician at the same time. At least thats how i feel.
Hayden is an absolute genius in electronic sound. A young producer with an incredible future. Puts a lot of us older electronic musicians to shame ! Keep up the amazing work Master Hayden !
hes hot explains this more clearly/efficiently than almost anyone else i've heard describing anything to do w producing music and makes good music. yea
Machinedrum is so easy to work with once you get it's work flow and build muscle memory. It's fairly rigid, quantization wise, but that's what makes it so great for electronic music. That filter bank dirties up that kick nice!
wow... this video gives me tons of information about how to make Raw Industrial & EBM track what I really wanna make !! You are true genius, Love u Phase Fatale!!!

First hearing of this guy but after seeing he has a microwave xt, ensoniq gear and mentioned SP I'm def going to dig deeper into his music. Also great explanations for those new to music making. Even gave a few mixing tips in there...
This guy is a fucking maniac. The way he describes waveforms like a landscape in 3D space is pretty indicative that he's pretty fucking smart. The guy is seeing sound and articulating how it looks to someone who knows nothing about production extremely well.
First time seeing homeboy, his style on this track reminds me of Filmmaker. He did an awesome job and I learned quite a bit. Don't have all that gear but maybe I can do something good
Great stuff. Learnt more in this vid than any of the others. He gave so much away about his signature sound. Very humble guy
Same. Learnt loads and got inspired to make an industrial ripper.

He actually gets it. This is how we did EBM in the 90s without DAWs. Also, finally Skinny Puppy gets some recognition. Modern TBM.
80's EBM-Industrial-New Beat-Dark Wave all in one! This kid was born in the wrong decade! Great stuff
Minus the distorted vocals, hope he keeps it that way
Born in the right decade to bring it back

'it is really important not to mix with your eyes at all'
Such dark grooves love it! When 'ambience' was added with noise from the MS-20 and it sounded like a thousand tortured souls 😍
This is gold! he breaks so many rules and automation by hand makes you feel very involved with making the track.
Greatly inspired from early Skinny Puppy and Frontline Assembly albums. Good to see.

Loved the way he goes about explaining all the stuff he does. Loved the cat as well. Oh, and yeah, the track is killing it.
More of these sessions with different artists please
Very well explained and straightforward. Not everyone will share its techniques so detailed so thumbs up for it. Very enthusiastic and friendly guy :)
Some absolute gems of knowledge in this video.
This was an excellent breakdown of his working practises.
Love this technique, inspiring! 14:00
