- After the arrival of God of Destruction Vegeta in Dragon Ball Super Chapter 74 - what is the NEXT transformation to come in #DragonBall and its future iterations. Like we did with Sparking Joy and Divine Mind a while ago, Haverok and I concoct some brand new Dragon Ball transformations that would be good for characters that are NOT Goku or Vegeta - maybe the likes of Goten, Trunks and Pan could use them! Today we talk about our latest buff: PRIMORDIAL POWER! Dragon Ball Super Heroes? You got nothing!

I like the idea, it's, as you said, an alternative to Broly's Wrathfull form, but without the raging out of controll part, and the fact that it's meant for pure hearted saiyans.
I'll be honest, not quite the fan of Black Haired Trunks, he feels like a especial exception where his hair would turn a Lavender or a dark purple color. 😅
But overall, a nice little form.
Now... What is this about Human fighters getting upgraded power-ups?!? 👀👀
I always found it somewhat similar to False Super Saiyan in terms of the hair being black. I wish False form was canon, but there's really no need for it at this point.

I like Primordial Power it’s a unique transformation for Earthling/Saiyan hybrids that harkens back to Ancient Saiyan lore and it separates Half Saiyans and Quarter Saiyans from Full Blooded Saiyans due to Earthling/Saiyan hybrids being more good hearted and gentle spirited than Full Blooded Saiyans. I would love to see Gohan, Goten, Trunks, Pan and Bra use Primordial Power in the future! It’s the ultimate combination of mixing human emotions and nature into a Saiyan’s fighting spirit.
I don’t think Gohan would want to go for Primordial Power, since the Ultimate form grows as long as he uses it, and doesn’t use energy, so it’s a more convenient form. even if primordial power is more powerful at its introduction, the ultimate form can still scale up to meet that.

This idea feel like something Goten, Trunks, and Pan could get. But for Gohan his next transformation should be based around his Ultimate Form since he said he wants to improve on that I like to see a video on that. 👍 And definitely a video on Krillin, Tien, and Yamaha getting a transformation alongside with Piccolo too.
Personally I feel like with the way Ki lore has developed, the Ultimate form can *definitely* be improved on, even if its toted as the user reaching the pinnacle of their potential power. If Gohan learned the fundamentals of God ki then wouldn't that use his pool of ki more effectively, optimize the flow of ki in his body, etc etc? Totally feels like grounds for a power boost in my opinion.
I honestly think yours & Masako's idea could work together.
For example, imagine a scene where Yamoshi talks to Goten about his spiritual journey through time. Yamoshi narrates over important scenes from DBZ but from his "spiritual" perspective. Like when Goku first gets SSJ, Yamoshi talks about how SSJ was a false alarm, with SSJ 2 & 3 confirming it. But what really gets his attention is Gohan achieving his Ultimate Form. Something about the direction this form is going in has Yamoshi obsessed. Simply put, Ultimate Form is Primordial Power Sign. And that way Ultimate Form finally gets some much needed attention, Primordial Power is introduced to the lore, and Gohan still remains the trailblazer for his generation
I think he should combine god ki with his ultimate form making it appear as like an angelic ultimate power
Potential/Mystic evolution has a nice ring to it

It does not fit Vegeta but I like the form should have gave it more like rage anger everybody know but neither is not that angry but it makes it more sense than him having to close his eyes and feel for his opponent attack that feels like that's more Goku than Vegeta feel like ultra instinct Vegeta is a serious guy meaning he needs a serious transformation not that
I kind of like S Cells, if we have to have a biological explanation for Super Saiyan in the first place. It means that traditional Saiyans, who valued power so highly, were blocking themselves from achieving their greatest power by their very power hungry lifestyle. Nice irony there.
Hard agree, my only issue with the S Cells stuff is that it never plays a role (if not retroactively, maybe?) in the story

S cells are the midichlorians of dragon ball it's much better if you and everyone else forget they exists.

1. It would make human character relevant again.
2. It could open up a new path for any of the human/saiyan hybrids. Basically it'd reveal they've all been using half of their potential.

I always thought Tein should've been like Yusuke (Yu Yu Hakusho) and become a spirit detective. Going on missions from Baba and gaining a bunch of spirit realted abilities.
I'd be down for a side series like that. And just more stuff for Tien in general. Why does everybody sleep on the POTENTIAL Tien'a character has in terms of what he could do?
Yo! Me to! I had a whole bunch of material piled up for a spinoff story with that. I mean SOMEONE had to pay off all of the Dragon Team's debts to Baba and it's just SO in character for Tien to inherit responsibility like that.
-I also pictured that most of Roshi's Mystical Misadventures with the Crane Hermit was Baba using them as gophers to do whatever she wanted in Other World and that would play into some plots for Tien and Chiaotzu to get mixed up in.
-I also thought it would be funny if it turned out that Three Eyed Clan that Tien is descended from were actually a bunch of Other Worlders and they are all basically Dragon Ball coded hippies. Yes, the stern Tien being descended from hippies. The comedy writes itself.

The reason SSJ4 is the best transformation in the series is because it incorporated both side of the Saiyan nature. Their human and great ape form. It was the combination of both their established abilities merged with each other.
That is the weakness of the other forms. All they are is a hair change and maybe the occasional affect around them. But SSJ4 seemed like an organic ability that their specie should have been able to develop. Tapping into the great ape power without needing a full moon.
This is what I want. A focus on the roots of what being a Saiyan means and their history. Not screaming until their hair gets a color swap.

Maybe a bit of both? A Transformation that any Human can achieve but have Krillin and Tien and Yamcha branch off and expand on it to develop their own versions (like the Sparking Joy and Divine Mind transformations that Masako created for Goku and Vegeta).

Just saying the biggest missed opportunity for transformations was not giving the earthling and piccolo kaioken after they trained with king Kai.
Imagine if Tien was Kikohoing Semi perfect cell with a 3x kaioken. I mean they still would have be wwwwaaaaaayyyyyyy behind goku vegeta and Gohan but at least they would have something to even this spit a little.
It makes zero sense to not have this in the canon; Goku even brought kaioken back in Super, so there is a way to bring it back into action.
And they can make neat merchandise from the Z fighters using kaioken

@@____________838 kaioken is probably the most useful technique in the entirety of dragon ball. If saiyans use it while training they get a bigger zenkai, piccolo and Buu can use it without any limits and it can make the earthlings useful
In regards to transformations, I also thought it would be a good idea for each hair color to symbolize a certain skill or strength, as well as weakness. As it stands right now, SS1 through 3 are pretty much irrelevant. They are obviously not strong enough to hang with newer characters, yet our heroes constantly try and use them. I think aligning a special skill with each transformation or hair color would make fights more of a chess match, and not make some of the older transformations rendered useless.
they sort of did this with God in Broly by adding the unique God bind skill to it, but that was short-lived before Goku needed to go Blue
Masako, you need to be hired by Toriyama and Toei as a consultant. A lot of these ideas and scenarios you pitch are pure gold and I think they would really up the franchise's popularity quite a bit.
Maybe there could be a magical-based transformation for the characters. They could also create a yin and yang transformation for fun. They could also bring in some more primal power-ups as well.
I always thought the saiyan hybrid characters could use something unique to them. Well, mostly because their human side kind of feels ignored power wise but this transformation idea of yours only being accessible because they have a very gentle heart specifically due to their humanity really feels like it is focusing on both halves of their ancestry and not just their saiyan side as usual. It feels like it'd make the hybrids truly unique as they really should be imo.

It wouldn't. Each transformation stacked with MUI, there would be a white streak or patch of white in the hair showing the stack. You're welcome Toei, Bandai.

Personally, I think that the human characters should practice fusion, possibly along with Piccolo. Sure, it's also available to Saiyans, but it could still provide a much needed power boost. Or what if they fused with the Saiyans? Possibly even having fusions with more that two members. Learning Kaio-ken would also quite useful.
I've been playing around with this thought: Do we even know what Gohan's field of study is? For all we know he's studying Ki. If that's the case, I would absolutely love to see some newly developed "boomworm fu" techniques unique to Gohan and his lowered bang of power. Imagine seeing him in a fight writing down notes while applying ki to key points or having figured out how to simply capture projectile blasts out of the air and add them to his own attack throwing it right back. He might even be able to deduce the nature of an attack before even experiencing it first hand the way his dad has to.
I would think Gohan’s field of study is martial arts and ki.
If you go by DBO, it certainly is as he writes Groundbreaking Science, which explains ki to the general public.

@@billybobbro8216 I think something like that would retroactively "justify" all of Chi-Chi's focus on his studies for so many years. (I mean it was justified anyway, but it would justify it to the sorts of fans that thought characters doing anything other than fighting was bad.)

Me personally I would like to see more transformations/techniques that aren't exclusive to the Saiya-jin (like Ultra Instinct).
I love this idea though I would love to see piccolo get a transformation. Maybe a true namekian with more draconic features that is the combination of the dragon and warrior clans

I was very intrigued by broly's primal instinct transformation that gave him a tremendous boost in power. I always wondered is it possible for other saiyans to achieve this especially goku and vegeta
in the movie it was explained as great ape in base, so its only a 10x boost nothing compared to ssj, (you can stack them though, but not a huge boost for dbs standards)

I had a custom Arc idea for Dragon Ball I call the Reality Crash Arc, this I had to do massive research to see what people like to see in Dragon Ball, I'm sure people would love to see something like this because it will bring in some of the things Fans have been wanting most into Canon, but reckoned making it far better, and it has 3 different after effects at the end of Arc, 1 would lead to an Arc, 1 would be about specific characters, and 1 would lead to a Movie, I would talk about it if people would like to know.

@@gundam6195 I feel like piccolo doesn’t use his anatomy to it’s fullest extent. He could of used his stretchy arms to pull Gohan out of the way of Nappas blast or gone giant when Dr Gero was draining his energy to break out. There are probably more examples but those were the first to come to mind.
Easy solution to the "no new transformations" paradox - just give each of Goku's existing forms a somewhat different appearance when mixed with Ultra Instinct. That way, marketing is happy, but we don't get swamped with increasingly ridiculous forms.

"Controlled God Of Darkness" (remember the "Prince Of Destruction Vegeta" Xenoverse 2 rename?), what about "Controlled Dark Blue Evolution"? Pretentious and a bit long winded, sure, but certainly far better than "Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Evolution Controlled Berserker".
And the ssgss part is already known as “Super Saiyan Blue” so even without creativity the name could be better rendered as “Tranquil Fury God” or “Tranquil Fury Blue”
Now give Ranch, daikon and mooli primordial power.
I had an idea for a technique/transformation that uses the main idea behind the Spirit Bomb. Basically instead of channeling the spirit energy from the world around you into a weapon, you absorb it into your body. The energy flows through you like water. Think of what Bruce Lee said about water. It can be anything you want it to be. It becomes whatever shape you put it in. “Be like water” he said. All the rage and power of a mighty storm yet the tranquil serenity of a gentle river. A calm and collected mind could easily gather the spirit energy even in the midst of combat. You’re using the very spirit of the world and channeling it through you. It turns your eyes blue and the aura sparks silver. This could be something someone like Piccolo or even Tien can learn.

Super Saiyan 4 in Dragon ball Super. Because why not.
Everything described about this "new form" idea is something I've already thought of and have been giving my own character for quite some time now lol.
I feel since the ssjg ritual was just a conduit for Yamoshi's spirit, you could further connect Gohan and the others to this power by them taking part of this ritual. This may disconnect bulla and any future half saiyans from the form but I still think it is a cool idea.

It's honestly very easy for Shueisha, Toei and Bandai to make new transformations and power-ups for every character. Make the Earthlings learn the Kaioken or get an Unlocked Potential by a guardian entity. Piccolo could awaken the will of the original Namekian. You could also make the case that Gohan, with his Elder Kai Unlock, could learn Ultra Instinct, since he can use all of his potential.
Best bet is they'll either teach everyone how to use god ki or train them to tap into Ultra instinct, or nothing at all LOL... if they were going to use Kaioken or unlock potential they would have done that before the tournament of power... most likely nobody will get any new transformations besides Goku and Vegeta
It’s been established that the fusion technique has several different versions - one version for each additional person you fuse with up to a certain number. I think a three person fusion would be cool to see
I never understood why ppl assumed super saiyan 4 trunks would have black hair. Not even vegeta got black hair in that form, instead brownish as theyve sometimes hinted his hair being.

In terms of transformation, I do like the idea of the Oozaru playing a bigger role in it, like truly returning to the roots. So what if super Saiyan 5 looked more like a human-sized Oozaru but golden fur and super Saiyan 4 like hair? I have drawn out a concept for it if you wanted to take a look Masako.
I've had that same idea for a long time, a unique power only to saiyan hybrids and let the pure saiyans keep their SSG and make it that only the pure bloods can obtain it. There isn't enough structure in the story anymore.
I think it would be cool, if Primordial power called upon the powers of yamoshi and all Saiyans in existence, offering up some hints of Goku and Vegeta’s power, as well as universe 6. This power could be unimaginable in the small bodies of Trunks, and Goten. Imagine Gotenks, saving Vegeta and Goku from something they can’t fights
I still think something to make Piccolo more relevant would be nice. Perhaps him doing the old kai's ritual to get a mystic/ultimate form and wishing for a few exact copies of himself to merge with. I think Piccolo would make an excellent god of destruction if he could become powerful enough to be trained as such.

Similar to how SS or SSJ can be thrown in front of the name of a user of the transformation, the power could be shorted to Prime and added after the name. i.e. Goten Prime, Trunks Prime, Pan Prime.
This feels like the kids getting a 5e warlock patron. Cool. :)

How about a transformation achieved through using the Dragon Balls? Either as a wish or from tapping into some sort of special energy the balls emit that's normally undetectable. (Kind of like the Chaos Emeralds from the Sonic the Hedgehog franchise.)
This is intriguing I would add one tweak myself, it causes the tail to come back. Because honestly, I wish the tails would come back.
PLEASE GIVE TIEN, KRILLIN, YAMCHA AND CHIAOTZU SOME MYSTICAL MAGIC POWER-UP. Saiyans got both Biological and Divine forms. Short from turning them into machines, there's not much left to explore.
Honestly I like the idea of bringing the concept of s sells more to light, rather than it being more of a lure thing that's a little bit more obscure to people. It could answer a lot of people's questions, who are out of the loop, with characters like Goten and Trunks, or even Cabba, Caulifla, and Kale
I'm for some non-Saiyan transformations, explore some demonic ki for Tien or some Reiki augmented forms for the humans like in Yu-Yu Hakasho

My younger self would be shocked to hear that my current self is tired of transformations, but there it is.
I could see an even more advanced version being able to summon a ki construct of Yamoshi(sp?) as either a sparring partner or even combat ally. Most likely would only be able to be summoned by Pan though.
Well, originally designed, iirc, Super Saiyajins were in reference to hybrids. I could see this linking back to that.

I like it. It’s way simpler than super saiyan 4, but just enough added complexity than ikari state to make it more fleashed out and not just mini great ape (which is cool too I’ll admit.)

I choose to consider S-cells non-canon, they're never mentioned in the anime and IIRC are only mentioned in supplementary materials and never even addressed in the manga story itself.
Well, the angel and GoD powers are 2 parts of the same overarching theme, but the way it's described in the manga they aren't the only ones. I think once we know what the "base" of those 2 powers is, then new specialized abilities and/or transformations can be branched off of that. First things first though, the next "transformation" is gonna be hakai ss(add extension here) vegeta and mui ss(etc etc) goku.
This idea is pretty cool. I like it. Though I'll say, Gohan should maybe get something related to his Ultimate form instead of this. He did say he wanted to grow stronger as a human, and benevolent or not, this Primordial Power is still a _Saiyan_ transformation.
to make it easier to say MasakoX, call it "Super Saiyan Blue Evolution Controlled Berserk".

Krillian learning Master Roshi's super buff form and Kio-Ken or something.
Krillin can also get a transformation based on his status as a monk and where he gets a orange aura and the six dots on his head shine which is called Enlightened Monk.
I like the idea of a super saiyan looking like the mastered super saiyan from the cell saga but with having large eyes with irises like super saiyan god and the aura would be similar to ss4 gogeta gold with the sparkles
