- In #DragonBall and #DragonBallSuper, we have seen TONS of new forms and transformations come and go, including the likes of multiple #SuperSaiyan iterations...so why not use our colour theory practices and come up with something to fight off the likes of DB R&R's villain, Zaidan. Today we are giving Goku and Vegeta the chance to defend themselves #DragonballZ

Goku becomes a bouncing happy carrot and Vegeta becomes a cool and focused asparagus. Loving the idea of the saiyan characters unlocking forms unique to their individual personalities and abilities. Maybe we'll see more of that kind of thing in canon someday.

I even came up with Super Saiyan Purple. Combine Saiyan God with Super Saiyan Blue to make Purple. This gives the strength and abilities of SS God Red & Ki Control of SS God Blue. "This makes more efficient for battles!"
I like the fact that these new forms of yours don’t rely on pure strength and raw power but rather the fundamental aspects of the martial arts and fighting in general.
Keep up the good work and if possible make a part two and three elaborating the effect of these new forms on other individuals.
Maybe Gohan with the divine mind form and Goten with the sparking joy form. Just Saiyan 👍

These forms are super (no pun intended) neat, and their designs are sleek! Really love them! Unrelated, but would love to see you guys talk about if humans can get to the point of using god-ki and if so what forms would they have with it.
I thought up the idea of super saiyan blue before super was even thought of and when we still believed their would never be another dragonball series. Wheres my copyright infringement?

We all had...I admit, I had a LSSJ mixed with Gohan's Mystic Form and SSJ4 when I was young. Now my character can only go SSJ2, kinda more balanced and understandable then having a massive monkey man with a silver aura and green hair and fur.

I love these forms Masako. Not only do they make sense within the lore, they're exactly what ive always wanted in forms for Goku and Vegeta; forms that play off of their individual traits and strengths.
Ultra Instinct and Royal Blue are close, but your forms are more personal and more *specific* for the characters and their strengths. Now i wish this was real.

I love the idea of them having their own transformations that is specifically for them individually which makes it more unique. With each of their weaknesses they can use the forms against each other to strengthen their weaknesses. Vegeta's more calm and persist form against Goku's joyful and confident form. As you said before, Goku having to remember his basics in martial arts, which can help his body move more on it's on like Ultra Instinct but with Joy. Vegeta having to stop stressing over his next move and letting his 6th sense(his 3rd eye) feel the world around him. Making his senses a little more sharper than Goku's. This is very cool and interesting indeed

Is Raditz gonna get a form? Since it's R&R universe?
It is possible for the role of vegeta in R&R to be filled with raditz, if Raditz tries to emulate Ultra instinct through a similar method of cognitive focus. I'm trying to think what R&R vegeta would do from SS4 forward. I imagine he''d seek to master his own route either purifying the saiyan nature like he did with 4 or maybe even attempting to reach berserk as he does possess a lot of rage in R&R.
first off, i love the concept of sparking joy and divine mind, they’re awesome! I have a fan form of my own I’ve been working on for a while, and its design is pretty much a spitting image of sparking joy, save for the color.
it’s called True Super Saiyan, and belongs in a timeline set in age 10,737 wherein Goku has outlived most of his friends, and gone on to essentially evolve into the best version of himself. (This, in my story, is possible due to the extended lifespan from Elder Kai when he revived Goku in the buu saga) It appears as just normal super saiyan, but his hair is more soft looking and his golden aura as tranquil-flowing as super saiyan blue’s. Ultimately, its supposed to represent the development of goku’s strength throughout the years coming full circle, to be the true ‘legend of the super saiyan’ hence its namesake. in the form, goku’s intuitiveness skyrockets, and as he fights he’s able to combine existing techniques and create new ones on the fly based on those already in his repertoire, for instance one of them he uses in my story is called Instant Strike, a move that combines general movement speed with the Instant Transmission, allowing him to cast the technique to each individual limb and attack instantaneously. The two notable downsides to this transformation are as follows: While in this form, techniques like kaioken cannot be used because true ssj is the ‘pinnacle’, thusly there would be no way for him to multiply his strength past what it is in such a state, and secondly True Super Saiyan takes the ‘essence’ of every form Goku has ever had access to each time he transforms into it, which makes using any other form impossible for a certain amount of time after de-transforming.
So yeah, that’s the gist of it. I’d love to hear anyone’s feedback on this!

Not quite, since the JoJo stands have a theme. Early on is a card from the arcana plus a color (or just the arcana name), then later it's from all kinds of things but mostly inspired on music culture, songs and music bands.

For vegeta's Divine Mind, i think it would be awesome if it was more ki based, like his aura kind of had a mind of its own blocking and attacking for him, in addition to him being blind. Kind of like him experiencing the world through ki, although he can still manipulate it himself
These super saiyan ideas are brilliant. Not only are they creative but they brilliantly connected to their characters' developments.
Next super sayain color we need is; Super Sayian gray. Its a mix of super sayain in the Ultra instinct form

A friend created SSJ berserker, not to be confused with Broly’s berserker form, that had red hair. We worked on his story during our first deployment to Iraq in 2003. Imagine my surprise when SSG came out.

Firstly, I like the idea of Vegeta's green being a counter-balance to ultra instinct, where Vegeta goes the opposite route and his mind races, instead of essentially going blank like Goku's. Secondly, having saiyans transform in different ways due to strong emotions other than anger, remorse, loss... that's a really interesting idea. The idea saiyans adapt and transform in different ways keeps being expanded on in the series, so its no far-fetched to wonder if they could transform in other unique ways.
It's so refreshing to hear about an actually well thought out and original new form. This is awesome dude! Would love to see more!
Been revisiting these color theory videos cuz of Ultra Ego to get a better understanding of the form and get some clues of what it might lead to. In a previous video you said the two colors left are orange and purple but you forgot we've already had orange before - Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta. So when Ultra Ego is completed then we'll have had every color finally used as a form

SsjB doesn’t change your personality or have any actual downsides other than ki consumption, like every other transformation. Orange, or “sparking Joy” makes the hair more messy and relaxed. Plus the delusional downside to it.

Giving Goku's form a happy demeanour while fighting would also make him very similar to the personality of who Toriyama took inspiration for Goku from: Sun Wukong from Journey to the West. Great choice.

These ideas are super cool. Ideas grounded in (somewhat) already existing concepts, and with strengths and weaknesses that make some sense? Great job on this. I'd love to see a "smarter" Dragon Ball like this.

Super Saiyan Relevancy Gohan, a transformation that makes Gohan relevant to the plot
Super Saiyan 4 is really the perfect final Saiyan form. I believe.
That said, I like the ideas for Goku and Vegeta's forms. I think a good addition would be giving Goku a tan (ala GT) for this form, while Vegeta becomes paler as a nice contrast with Goku~!

elemental transformations was something I used in my imagination
does anyone remember vegeta in the time chamber in trunks flashback
flames coming from him
and we all know about the electric sparks every ss2 has
well future gohan had red/purple sparks when he fought the androids (his last stand)
so flame and electric auras were my starting points adding ice and wind was easy
each need unique colors and abilities
however unlike ssg or ssb these where forms that everyone could obtain
if a saiyan obtained one it would meld with thier ss transformation
but humans and namekians could use the raw form much more effectively

I thought the whole point was broly/kale's legendary form was the green transformation, i mean you yourself pointed out how the aura from it always seems to collect together on the chest where the chakra for it would be
Vegeta’s Divine Mind form (or SSJDM as I’m calling it) is a pistachio green while Kale and Broly’s is more grassy or light-ish green

How do you feel about a form that counts as offense + defense with a thinner yet stronger barrier much tighter around the body. I call it Super Saiyan Purple or SS Balance. It can be used in any form too. So you do not need to worry about unrealistic stuff here. It relies on precision to defeat the opponents using less amount of Ki.

@@jestry7246 maybe it would be sparked by him feeling weak in some situation. This would lead to him feeling like the old week raditz. So the urge to surpass everyone else would erupt out in a flash of purple light. So I guess you can call his personality traits is the urge to surpass everyone else. Don't know if that counts as a personality traits or not.

Years late at this point, but remembering when this came up forever ago, that Sparking Joy concept was still wildly cool. I know it's supposed to lock out elaborate ki manipulation, but I wonder if it wouldn't be cool to just let it do a little. Say, enough that Goku could generate a ki approximation of the power pole? That would bring him even closer to his childhood self.
