Judging by credibility Israel has right now they can call empty beer bottles rockets although they have zero killing potential. And ICJ can only prosecute states which Hamas is not. First. Israel acted selflessly to live in peace with the Palestinians in Gaza. It was more than a decade ago when Israel itself relocated thousands of individuals living in Gaza with lethal force from their homes to follow the agreement, which obligated the Palestinians in return to stop any kind of aggression towards Israel. The Palestinians had the chance to build a safe, functional, and prosperous livelihood. But the first thing the Palestinians did in return was to elect a government that enshrined the goal of destroying Israel in their constitution. The elected government followed through with its promise. Since its founding, thousands of rockets have flown into Israel. Dozens of civilians died in terrorist attacks. Millions of aid funds - intended for civilian purpose - were misused to build rockets, tunnels, and other nonsense. The crimes committed on October 7th like raping women, killing children, or kidnapping a baby, was Humus has been doing for years.
Secondly. Israel behaved more humanely in this conflict than any other conceivable party in any imaginable conflict. It allowed Palestinians to work in Israel, receive medical care or even migrate into their country. During war, they warn civilians where their military is operating. They admit collateral damage and apologize for it. They saved Sinwar’s life giving him a lethal brain surgery. They treated the daughter of Haniyyas daughter for her complex disease in Israel. While Humus was building rockets and tunnels with all the foreign aid, Israel supplied their civilians with free water and electricity.
The situation is clear. In no other conflict the responsibility for the suffering has been so one sided and clear - in no other conflict have the perpetrators been held accountable so weakly. People with voice and power who claim to reject war have the duty to unequivocally name the culprit of this war and do everything in their power to eliminate them. Everything else is responsibility for the resulting suffering and will extend it

It’s not war. It’s genocide. Hamas is a terrorist gang, not an army. Hamas was imposed on the Palestinians in Gaza by Israel, namely Netanyahu’s Likkud Party. Netanyahu admitted himself that he campaigned for Hamas and gave Hamas billions of campaign dollars to beat the Palestinian Authority in the election of the early 2000s. Netanyahu also ensured Hamas stayed in power, despite the Palestinians plea for help - Palestinians in Gaza peacefully protested Israel and Hamas and they were met with Israeli snipers. This was years before October 7. Oh and by the way, even after all that campaign money flowed from Israel to Hamas, Hamas only won that election with a very very slim margin, and Hamas didn’t even get the majority of the vote.
Egyptian intelligent and Israeli intelligence warned Netanyahu about the impending terror attack before Oct 7. On Oct 7, Netanyahu had all of the Israeli military in the illegally occupied West Bank, protecting illegal terrorist Israeli settlers while they inflicted daily pogroms against Palestinians in the West Bank. Then it took over 6 hours for Israel to respond to the terror attack on Oct 7. Netanyahu knew the attack was coming and…. That should give everyone pause.
