    Great video brother. However let's not forget that it took Telsa 15 years before they became profitable. 2019 to be exact, since Telsa was founded in 2004. In addition there were alot of people that did not believe telsa was going to make since they almost went bankrupt a couple of times , one in 2008 & the other in 2018 during the model 3 production.

    Lucid is a success story. Peter Rawlinson saw how Elon ran Tesla, and saw how Elon could have turned it into a personal money generation machine. He took that knowledge and created Lucid. Too bad he did not stick around long enough to see how to really win the game by thinking long term.

    To maximize the benefits of a car with a long mileage, you must first target countries with small land areas. I don't understand. Target Korea first. If Korea can go 500km on a single charge, it can go from end to end. As soon as Lucid comes to Korea, more than 100,000 reservations will be made within a month. Target places that have a lot of money and like cars first
    I hope the management reads my post. There are countless Lucid buyers waiting in Korea. Korea's purchasing power for expensive products such as Apple products, Starbucks, etc. is much higher than in any other country. They buy what they want even if they are in debt to the bank

    I was an early investor. I sold half my shares when the stock more than doubled when they first hit production. I kept the other half. Didn't lose any money, so I am not selling anymore shares while the stock tanks due to poor execution of their team to actually sell their cars. Just hoping they pull a rabbit out of their butt and actually start selling cars. The core technology of their vehicles is too good too go to waste (e.g. their motors are frickin amazing). Just need to get better at manufacturing at a cost and quality people are willing to pay for. They need to switch to the NACS as soon as possible (would help if Tesla upgraded their systems to support 900V so Lucid could take full advantage of DC fast charging at Tesla stations instead of relying on less common and less reliable Electrify America stations), push out the Gravity as SUVs sell far better than sedans in USA, improve their software (both for their cars UI and what they use to as their logistics management solution to build their cars), and reduce the number of total manufacturing components used in the assembly of the body and chasis of their cars to reduce the complexity and cost of manufacturing them while improving the quality of their builds.

      Things to look into is the growth of Tesla employees and stock compensation, as this will put more selling pressure as Tesla loses market share, Tesla had the advantage of being first to sell EVs with charging network but now everyone can make an EV, the only advantage left is self driving software which is still half baked to fully work as an independent robotaxi.. remember when Elon promised to have it fully working? Although Elon may deliver the self driving software by then everyone will start catching up. I believe Toyota will silently pop the Tesla dreams as they’re known to work hard in the background and will catch Tesla off guard. Don’t underestimate the Japanese.

      3. What's holding up Toyota, when exactly is the right time for their (yes:) promised Solid State Battery? Why do Japanese OEMs lack behind so egregiously?

    • @ddxxbb1
      @ddxxbb1 10 месяцев назад

      @@brilantoEasy, gasoline cars have much longer range, and Toyota choose hybrid cars to provide longest range with the smallest gas tank, the range difference is about double what you get with a Tesla. Solid state batteries are still far from being available in large quantities, for now Toyota is working on up scaling their hybrid batteries because they can’t make enough hybrid batteries for their customers, it will take a year or more, for now they don’t see EVs as a threat to their business at all. In my point of view hybrid cars are superior, cheaper to make, longer range, and much reliable in the long run.
