hypothetical one... see if you for fasting... your minds gets a order / signal .. that you are going to fast... so there will be lesser secretion of hcl in your stomach.... where as compared to your routine level of taking meals... your mind gets a signal ... to have meals... thats y.. when you hungry or deprived... and take your meal lately than the usual time... your stomach produces more acid.. than usual..... so, when you go for IF .. you convince / signal your mind that there will be no food for particular time... and mind takes the order and vice versa.. the stomach behaves accordingly ... by producing lesser acid while taking IF ! .. i hope this statement clear your doubt a little bit ! thanks
Hi Iam suffering fm pulmonary hypertension and necrosis of both hip joints i referred to naturopathy treatment then after changing the lifestyle i stopped the pph medicines but my hips are paining a lot can you pls suggest some remedy
Chewing your food and eating slowly by sitting and having your food in calm. To walk for ten minutes, slow pace, after every meal. Having cucumber or buttermilk with your main meals. Etc
I am 24 and suffering from guttate psoriasis, alopecia and pcos. please suggest something to cater to alopecia. trying very hard to make lifestyle changes slowly ,but apart from that anything, like any particular food to include in diet? please do revert
Apply onion juice with rosemary essential oil 3 times a week, apply a mild cream or lotion as suggested by the doc, do nail rubbing and flipping head Asan or head stand everyday to increase blood flow, have homeopathic medicine silica thrice a day. U will see improvement if you follow all this
I am confused...eating after 4 hours or intermittent fasting? Which criteria about ourselves should we consider while choosing between the two? And if we want to do intermittent fasting for other issues, won't it cause acidity as per what you are saying? Please guide. Thank you 🙏
@Luke Coutinho , I have the same question. How IF and Dry Fasting fits into this "gap between meals" concept. What my understanding is, When he says gap between meals, he meant, irregular life style. IF comes under life style. In one other video he mentioned not to eat every 2 hour. its not natural. as humans are not supposed to go and have successful hunt every two hours. this makes more sense. may be I am little confused here.

So, then fasting would not be good for anyone because it will cause higher levels of acidity? Or are you only referring those who are only acidic?

then how do you say dry fasting is safe if skipping meals is a issue
He meant irregular meal timings. For example:- Eating lunch one day at 1:00 pm ,next day skipping lunch and 3rd day eating lunch at 4:00 pm.
