The E-flite Super Timber 1.7m is equipped with a long list of “super” details that make it the most feature-rich and capable Timber yet! Starting with inflatable tundra tires and unique beadlock wheels mounted on heavy-duty articulated and shock-absorbing landing gear that are angled forward to help prevent nose-overs. It’s the best and strongest landing gear that’s ever been installed on a Timber model to deliver maximum durability and STOL capability when flying from almost any terrain! The optional-use slats can be clipped into place without the use of any glue, then can be removed and even reinstalled in seconds. All the LED lights you’ve come to expect are there, along with additional position and landing lights for added visibility. The horizontal stabilizer halves snap into place, plus the plug-in wing panels featuring hands-free servo connections are secured with innovative wing lock mechanisms so no fasteners or tools are required to install/remove them. There’s even a custom-designed clip in the fuselage that holds the wing joiner tube so you never forget it when the wing is removed for more convenient storage and transport! The digital, metal-geared servos deliver precise and reliable control of the oversized control surfaces for added authority, including flaps that can travel both ways for additional capabilities such as optional-use full-span ailerons.
A specially tuned motor is matched to an exclusive 85-amp Spektrum Avian Smart Lite ESC that can provide a variety of real-time power system telemetry data with Smart and non-Smart batteries via compatible receivers (including the AR637TA installed in the BNF® Basic version) and Spektrum AirWare™ equipped transmitters. The BNF® Basic version is equipped with an AR637TA receiver to provide full-range, real-time telemetry data, including overall battery voltage, ESC temp, and more - plus motor/thrust reversing for special ground handling and other capabilities - along with the benefits of AS3X® and optional-use SAFE® Select technologies. The Super Timber 1.7m also features a large top hatch for faster, easier battery changes using a quick-release, multi-position battery mounting tray that fits most 4S to 6S 3200-5000mAh batteries. You even have the option to install floats (sold separately) to fly from ponds and lakes! All these super details and features add up to make this the best Short Take Off and Landing (STOL), everyday sport, and even aggressive aerobatics capable model for a wide range of pilots.

Please release licensed scaled Cessna 182. Their are a lot of folks who love scale flying. 1.3m to 1.5m

First, thank you for your response. It was not about what was released today. I think Super Timber looks fantastic! Also, it was not about what your team releases yearly.
I merely wanted to recommend the HH team to consider a very scaled Cessna. I own the umx cessna that was released years ago, and it turns heads all the time.
❤That setting is just 100% perfect for the HH airwolf scale heli introduction.
Cool. Right in-between the 2m SWS and the PnP 60" Ultra Stick. Bit of a shame the BNF didn't come with the AR8360T. Just a few mods needed to get the wing setup like the Stick.
Awesome video and amazing looking Timber. I just love yellow color and the fact it will run on 6S. This must be some crazy power and sound. Many say its just another Timber but I love this one already and I cant wait to see the next version. Timber is like my old friend and Iam always happy to see it in any version. Big salute to all RC lovers here from Pilot Robert Slovenia.

Ya its a Timber. I get the Timber overload. HOWEVER.... I have 5 foster kids that keep bugging me to let them fly my 3d planes or EDFs. I don't feel that they are suitable. I keep thinking I need to get a trainer type plane for letting others fly on a buddy box. So..... I pulled the trigger on this!! I had the original Timber and wound up selling it cuz I was a little bored with it. This looks like it will be interesting enough for me AND can be tamed down enough for newer pilots. I LOVE IT!!! Cant wait til it gets here.

@@gordonsmith5589 No, but without full span ailerons enabled, lots of expo and lower rates, on 4s, it should be better than my 120cc MXS or Freewing A10 or Avanti S or Twisted Hobbies Crack Yak XL. And if not I will have a little fun with it and if I get bored I can sell it.

Nice but the prices are ridiculous.. Soon it's going to cost $1000 for a foamie. You can get an Extreme Flight for nearly the price of that.
Except this model costs $400 including all of the electronics AND it's mostly factory assembled so it can be ready to fly within 15 minutes of opening the box! You'll pay that much for an Extreme Flight ARF, that much again for all the required electronics (now up to $800+ total), then you still have to spend 10-20 hours assembling it. Your comparison seems a bit ridiculous...

Twin 64mm fans make it similar to the old GWS kit run on 3 or 4s with optional small retracts. Purrfect!
