Those goats are so cute! I’d be interested to hear what all you and George have to do on a daily, weekly, monthly basis as gym owners. Also a video showing how your weights have increased over time would be interesting (assuming you log them during improvement seasons and prep).

Hello, just found your channel and it’s amazing!!!! 💚 I noticed a lot of vegan foods have a lot of sodium, does it really matter how much someone is taking in if your weight lifting and working out twice a day ?

You are such an inspiration! You motivate me to be a vegan body builder. I do have one question- how do you maintain a social life? That’s the hardest part for me.. the gym and fitness is my top priority, but then I struggle with my social life.
Thank you so much! Well...Most of my gym members are some of my closest friends lol we actually go on hikes together during the weekend and sometimes do game night when we are all not working.

Lifting sessions are around 1-1.5 hours... sometimes they take me a bit longer. It just depends on my rest time, and what I'm training that day.

Have you done any calisthenics? Is that something you would recommend? Great video.
I love playing around with different fitness modalities. I recommend trying a few things, and then see what you enjoy... what is fun for you...And something that you could see yourself doing for a long time that you can sustain.
And yes... I used to do calisthenics when I was in living in my homeland Puerto Rico it complimented my surfing. That was a long time ago though.
Went to Trader Joe's and got the Tostones. They were delicious! Unfortunately they do have a little bit of oil in them. The ingredients include palm olein which is palm oil. :(

I’ve been vegan since 2013 with supplementing algae omega-3. Current literature says there is no benefit to supplements but eating fatty fish was protective. Would you ever consider adding fish once per week?

Instead of Supplements take seaweed or wakame. Fish isn't vegan btw it's SEA MEAT
