just made this recipe today, it was also my first ever eggs tarts, came out absolutely incredible, took me 3 hours to make everything from the dough to the tart and bake it, worth it, every single bite. thank you haha oh btw i counted that following this recipe, a single egg tart contains about ~110 calories
you can skip all the dough steps if you're not keen on that puffy crust. just make your butter and flour, then prepare the egg custard without heating also will do.
