Everybody says they turn left until realizing it’s currently the most diverse Motorsport out there
I finally got one of my friends to respect NASCAR drivers by showing him the Xfinity Bristol finish from a couple years ago (Cindric/Allmendinger wreck, Allmendinger wins). He saw what they had to do and how many drivers were in the mix for the win. It showed him that there is way more depth to the sport than hit the gas and turn left.

As an Asian Nascar Fan my Parents say That Nascar is not a Sport because It goes only in Circles and other thing the fact I watch Nascar To just only my Fav Nascar Driver win a Race thats all
Was a huuuuuge nascar fan as a kid, now im more a sportscar guy, imsa and wec being my favs and of course i like f1 too lol. My only real gripes with nascar rn are stage cautions (points are fine but add some strategy), too many green white checkereds (the daytona 520 was a bit much lol) and the win and in playoff nonsense and especially the finale. We would have had a really memorable title fight over the last 8-10 races if they just let it play out naturally for once. Happy blaney won and all i like him was a fan of his dads way back in woo days but he didnt put as complete of a season together start to finish like some other guys did 🤷♂️
You forgot that we can reference what was it tge morning couch that had NASCAR ranked higher than F1 . There was a poll that came out Tuesday Wednesday NASCAR was like 8th . Out of the Groove Bologna Burger and The Iceberg mentioned it in their latest post

My Grandma's man friends grand-daughter is a big F1 fan, and we will exchange jabs. She throws out a going around turning left comment, then I'll throw out the, well at least in NASCAR, a car can hit the wall and keep going because it didn't explode into a million pieces

oh my god dude, people saying that "nAsCaR iSn'T a ReAl SpOrT" or "RaCiNg iSn't A rEaL sPoRt" makes me SOOOOOOOOO MAD. I bet all the people who think that it's not is because they drive cars and they don't run or do whatever the fuck else in a "normal sport". In other words, I totally agree with you. I'm not a NASCAR fan, but I still agree.
It's not like football and basketball do the same thing too, and they still say that nascar is boring lol

Honestly I think nascar is a cool racing series and all but f1 is way more athletic because you have to fight g-forces all race long especially in high speed corners. Also I only watch the highlights of nascar races because the crashes and the last few laps are the only exciting part of the race. Sure f1 is not as competitive these days but at least we don’t have some stupid playoff system
And never said this to the modern nascar fan, nascar is declining, no one cares about you or the drivers, you are just the NFL's punching bag.
And the NFL is FIFA's punching bag so what gives?
Hell, NFL is also cricket's punching bag from the looks of things.

The championship does not crown the best driver of the year.
I don't think I've heard anyone say the 2nd and 3rd comments, or even the 4th one (even if that's true occasionally). But definitely the first one

That stupid "racing isn't a sport" thing can just go piss off, but F1 is doing better than NASCAR in its current state, and even little short tracks are upstaging NASCAR.
