Hi. I appreciate all of your masterclasses and I learn from them. Thank you. However, I must say that it was a bit disappointing to see that the fish needs to be oven-cooked finally, and no alternative to that was available in the video. If it's an oven-based recipe, I guess it should have been mentioned right at the onset so that people like me would not have to wait up watching till the end to learn of baking! Thanks otherwise for all your detailed explanatory classes I must say. God bless 🙏
You are killing the natural taste of food with too much of the ingredients and too much of spices. Kerala cooking doesn't mean you add too much spices. Please don't market your spice ingredients by giving too much proportion. People know how to cook, but it seems you are confusing those who don't know how to cook. OIl prevents the flavours fromt the marinade to absorb into the flesh. Must have some water. in it and some lemon juice to break down the oil. Rubbing the lemon in advance will break down the flesh of the fish, which is not a good way to prepare the fish. If so add it with marinade, and add after cooking the fish if required. Important to actually taste the fish and not just the spices and masala.
