    This was so helpful! Been suffering the consequences of rebellion & disobedience and God has been showing me this is from years and years and it’s built and got worse over the years. Been beating myself up over it because I feel like huge judgement is over me which I am in total understanding if it is but it’s also been hard to accept that I could of known of Jesus earlier, I practically had to grow myself up and didn’t know any better and now suffer because of it. Literally going to pop over and watch the second video now.

    The Bible says the wages of sin is death. Always put God first on any areas of your life. Lean not in your own understanding. If we don't put God first in our life, we go wrong. Put your trust and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Trust in God but not by works. The Bible is God's voice. The Bible is the wisdom of God and training in righteous not self-righteous. Excellent job Pastor Jesse Martinez. God bless you amen.🙏🙌🌈🌄🌞😇😀👍👍 Don't skip God under any circumstances. Always put God first.

      I am sorry to hear that. We actually did a video on forgiveness a couple of weeks ago that may help you a little bit. ruclips.net/video/wxSJ_pQkzTU/видео.html
      Nonetheless, people will let you down. This is why the scripture mentions so often to not put our trust in man, but we ought to trust in God. He will never fail or break a promise.
      God is the very reason we ought to be forgiving of every person, even if they offend us 70x7 times. Jesus was willing to die for all of us, so I should be willing to forgive the offences of others no matter what.
      This would not mean that what they did is okay, but they are to be forgiven. Regarding other believers, God will take care of them. He is faithful to chasten and correct his children. Cf. Titus 1:2 (promise) and Heb. 12 (chastening)

    The problem with self installed content blockers, you can get past them because you're the one who set it up. If you're going to use a content blocker, have a trusted friend or family member set it up without you looking. But even beyond that, let's be real. If you have an addiction to something, you are going to find a way to get it. It's like christ said, clean the inside of the cup, then the outside will be clean as well.

    Just thought this might be interesting. This is from an AI conversation on the internet. This is a statement from a computer after a discussion on a statement:
    The statement "You are not saved by your works, and the evidence of your good works is not proof you are saved" can be understood as a caution against relying solely on external actions to determine one's salvation. Good works are an important evidence of faith, but they are not infallible proof, especially if taken in isolation from other aspects of a believer's life and faith.
    In Christian theology, the assurance of salvation rests on faith in Jesus Christ and the transformative work of the Holy Spirit. Good works serve as an important but not exclusive indicator of genuine faith. Sin, while present in the lives of believers, does not automatically negate one's salvation, provided there is ongoing repentance and a desire to live according to God's will.

    we labor in the Gospel because of Christ in Us, the Hope of Glory

    Got a question. What happens when a pastor gets old, like Mid-70s, and does not have any kind of transition plan. He just wants to die in the pulpit. What should the people do? Are they rebels to want a plan for the future?

    • @BibleLine
      @BibleLine  15 дней назад

      That is definitely not rebellion unless you are going about it the wrong way. I would approach this situation in a great amount of prayer. Then I would go to the Pastor one on one in humility and honesty to discuss the issue. The Pastor should receive this well, even if he has a different stance. This seems to be the case with many churches today. We need more young men to fill pulpits, but they are few and far between - the clear ones anyway. Perhaps you or someone else could be considered to fill that void when it arises.

Do you trust support love your Lord? Do you want Him to succeed? Are you willing to die for Him? I think there are two things. "Mere" eonion salvation (which gets you into the 1000 years on earth or gets you snatched away into the celestial realm), and there is the matter of your ALLOTMENT whether on earth or in heaven. I am just curious about something, so humor me. Do you identify as Hispanic white, just plain white, or Hispanic non white? Or do you just not even think about that kind of stuff, and see it as essentially worthless as a Christian? See, to me, you look like a Caucasian, and not like an Azteca/Amerindian. Yet, where I am from, everyone with a name like Martinez has serious Mexican ancestry. So I guess that's why I am curious. Personally, I think ethnicity is a very real thing that God created. But I don't think Christians should focus on it too much, and we should definitely not do like the world does, and let it define who we are and how we treat one another. In fact, I probably shouldn't even ask questions like this, but I am curious, and in this case I don't think it will hurt.

      I hear you. I didn’t need to be taught the history of pre-tribulational thinking or the history of Dispensationalism to base my beliefs.
      I honestly look at 1 Cor. 15, 1-2 Thessalonians and pieces throughout the NT to form my belief. The truth of God’s word is the basis, not Darby or a 15 y/o.
      Paul, Peter, James and John all believed the rapture was going to happen in their day. This is amongst other scriptural reasons why I personally believe the rapture is pre-trib and distinct from the 2nd coming.
      Nonetheless, if you disagree, there is no need to make a mountain out of a mole hill.
