    another great video. maybe a small point but in the beginning of the video we're promised 5 in 5 out breathing and we ended up with 4 by 4 breathing.

      It’s 5 seconds in and out - which is 4:4 time signature at 56bpm which is this tempo. So it’s correct and musical.

    I loved this practice EXCEPT - same as some other comments - could you maybe ADD some gentle silence onto the end so we have time to “wake up” before the add or next video plays?? Super jarring.

    I tried this and ir brought on ear pain and I felt like I had to open mouth to take deep breath. My sinuses and ears feel clogged but are often like this. I’ve always had trouble with breathing exercises. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you. 🙏💕

    Is it normal to develop Tinnitus immediately after the session? I'm a bit concerned

      This technique is not known to cause tinnitus at all as it’s very gentle breathing exercise, so either you are doing it with too much force, or incorrect or something else is causing it. There is no mechanism for tinnitus being caused by this technique but ones that involved fast breathing and breath holds do.

    k for 5 days, today it got really intense that it scared me really, my whole body was vibrating ( tingling / numbness) my arms went crazy, I didn’t finish the breath i stopped , is that normal or I’m doing something wrong?

      It may be a cleansing reaction or you may be doing it with a lot of force? Give it a break and see how you feel, then repeat and see how you feel. How did it make you feel when you first tried it?

      @@SOMABreath hello, thank you for your reply, i believe it was a cleansing reaction and i just panicked of all the energy, i have been doing it for about 10-15 days now straight somedays once only other days twice , it is really good practice, i have couple of health conditions and i lack sleep and power because I’m not getting enough sleeping hours , with the breath i feel better throughout the day, my digestive system is getting better i feel it , i can stay conscious of my thoughts and its easier for me to stay present, i can breath better and i can take deep breaths now, before i felt like it required me alot of force , it easier for me to sleep, i sleep faster , my mood is better , alot of benefits , thank you so much for making this free , i wrote all of this so whoever reads the comments knows there is always hope and this breath works, i will keep going and as soon as i can offer the 21 day course ill get it for sure, thank you so much for changing lives : ) .

    Very disappointing ending, adding a loud advertisement when people are in a trace like state.
