    Oh my goodness! I know I’ve probably already commented on this video but WOW! I have just started a new job 3 weeks ago and have barely been doing any breathwork, I really need to put this on my daily to dos to wind down after each day. I feel so truely blessed and grateful for these videos and for your work Sandy! Truely thank you for all that you do.       Hi Sandy, the coherence breathing is amazing. So simple and so effective. Would it be possible to do a 10-15 minute coherence video?       God is in the present. The here and now. And the breath brings us to the here and now
      Although meditating on a chosen ideal while doing these is very beneficial for spiritual growth, I am sure can’t say from experience. It can always be done as an offering to God for the more devoted type spiritual aspirants.
      My opinion on the matter at least. May we all keep breathing. Have a blessed day if you see this (:

      I believe the purpose of Meditation is to be more familiar with God and know yourself more.

    I’ve been doing your videos throughout the day, but started yawning during the breath work. It throws me off. Body is relaxing? Energy release? I’m just always tired beneath the surface? Help! Also eyes have started watering in every session too.

      You are doing great! Everybody faces obstacles on their recovery/cultivation journey but I strongly encourage you to keep doing all you can!
      A few things may be going on. Only you can tell what factors may be true.
      These slow pranayama exercises can be very calming to the point that it can make you sleepy. Any type of brain synchronizing practices like meditations and breath work stimulate deeper brain wave patterns most often associated with sleep. These deeper brain waves cause greater healing and equilibrium but it takes practice to have a mind to be awake at the same time. The mystical “awakened” mind over simplified.
      Kundalini is a pretty unpredictable energy when stirred from its dormant state. It may cause an emotional release, a random memory, a stimulating response, a depressive response. None of these indicate incorrect practice although people typically aim for one outcome over another.
      You may be more fatigued and sleep deprived than you are aware of.
      It’s easy to blame yourself for hitting a wall but just like going to the gym we experience fatigue and sometimes temporary decrease in performance while our nervous system and brain are reorganizing itself into a stronger structure.
      We also sometimes have much motivation for new endeavors and have no understanding how much we can handle before we go in as deep as we can. Just like going very hard at the gym in the beginning just to experience burn out your nervous system may need time to adapt. Yes even to conscious breathing. Perhaps scaling your practices back a little can help you maintain a more consistent routine.

      The same thing happened to me. I'm doing his videos daily since 2 weeks and I think it's just a nervous system regulating like I'm feeling great and not that sleepy but just really relaxed. If I'm not wrong you can release tensions while yawning so keep listening to your body and do what feels right. You got this xx
