I, too, am a newbie. I got a Pelican Mode 110 because the cost was right, it fits into the back of my truck and was available from my local TSC store. The learning curve is slightly steeper than I had anticipated, but I'll get there. I'm in Michigan and there are so many smaller lakes in my area that I cannot put my bass boat into. So, I'll be able to explore next Spring when I return from Texas. I like your setup and I hope it works well for you. The massive amount of RUclips videos was, for the most part, helpful once I sorted out what was best for me. Best of luck next year!
