    This is my go-to pose for all of my back care clients and I do a modification of this pose when I sleep despite not having back pain. Savasana with a chair is helpful in working with back pain and inflammation. Sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself is allow your body to rest and repair before doing exercises that are specifically targeted to work with your postural patterns that exacerbate and perpetuate back pain.     I do this but on my bed using my pillows and the walls. I now know why I get so much relief and it's because my hip/thigh isn't at a right angle. Thank you for educating me. I've been practicing for almost 10 years now and I'm constantly learning. Love and light 🧘🏼‍♀️ 💜
