  • This yoga pose is great for stress and helps release tension in your back, hips, hamstrings, and neck. This is one of the poses in my 30 min video yoga for stress thru subscription. Using a dowel or broom in your yoga practice is helpful for making the practice more meditative. This variation of the pose is an advanced yoga pose as it requires a lot of balance and strong hamstrings and hips. Give this practice a try and let me know how it goes!
