Great list! I was incredibly addicted to Builders as well. So good!

Dragon Quest Monsters is the perfect example of an objectively 6/10 game that you will enjoy like a 8/10 game (or above). It runs like crap, has a terrible story, has limited monster variety, weird QOL decisions, long load times, etc, but in spite of it all there is so much fun to be had!

Xenoblade X not on Switch is a travesty. Also I thoroughly enjoyed World of Final Fantasy. Def surprised by that one.

Xenoblade Chronicles X is amazing. A top 5 all time game for me and tbh my favorite in the series.

As huge Musou/ Warriors fan I'd say that Persona 5 Strikers plays more like the Tales series with just more filler enemies. The stracture of the game isn't really how Warriors games are built. You don't have a huge map of enemies, but you attack one of them from the back, and then a small arena appears with more, very similar to the Tales formula. Also you have always party of four party members, like Tales (Yes, some Musou have that such as FE Warriors, but not many of them).
I still agree that P5S is amazing. It was my goty of its year.

Tokyo mirage session and mhstories 2 are two of my all time favorite jrpg 🥰
Mhst2 runs well on the switch since then.

Love Tokyo Mirage Sessions. It’s good to hear that Stories 2 is running better now.

I’m not a fan of warrior games at all. Tried to get into the Hyrule and One Piece ones, two series I love, and couldn’t stand them.
That being said Persona 5 Strikers is my favorite game ever. Idk what magic they worked but Persona fit perfectly in that style and they somehow managed to really get turn based gameplay into real time. Godly music, bosses, plot, I love it.

Xenoblade X is actually a spiritual

jrpg spin off is an extremely specific niche I have to say. Only the most mainstream jrpgs normally get spin offs and, with the exception of Persona - which is already a spin off really no need to pick strikers let's pick persona 3, 4 or 5 right? - the best switch JRPGs for my taste - Omori, World of Horror, Eastward... - do not really have spin offs out yet... I hope they will one day, they are games that truly deserve credit!

Remember, if you're going to play Tokyo Mirage Sessions play the Wii U version. They ported the censored version to the switch.
