Hey Blessed Yogis! I hope you enjoy this 40 minute intermediate yoga class. It is a really nice juicy backbend yoga flow, to help you open into your heart space and work on stretching and strengthening your back and posterior chain.

this is the perfect flow!! it felt so right, loved it :) also as you read the part of the poem where it says “and if there’s cracks from the past, they just let in more light” the sun came out from behind the clouds and its light spread throughout my whole bedroom🥺
