I've gone over the three minute mark since and it helps that I purposely dropped 5 kilos in body weight..I'm now back down to my “ fighting” weight of 80 kilos. If you have a hanging bar, or a pull-up bar handy, try dead hanging for as long as you can…I hit 2 minutes 31 seconds last week. Cheers!🍀
Hey! A little sinking downwards of the tailbone usually. If the pelvis was a bowl of water, no water spilling out the front or the back of the bowl. Hope that helps!
