Tuck pelvis in or out?
Hey! A little sinking downwards of the tailbone usually. If the pelvis was a bowl of water, no water spilling out the front or the back of the bowl. Hope that helps!

Yes lots of different feet variations. All chance the stance subtly.
The wider you go the easier it is. Try with two less pivots.
Try it with 4 more pivots

I like your low stance….I see so many that are not. BTW, I did my first 3 minute horse stance this morning and the last few seconds of it started to become quite uncomfortable. Cheers!

I've gone over the three minute mark since and it helps that I purposely dropped 5 kilos in body weight..I'm now back down to my “ fighting” weight of 80 kilos. If you have a hanging bar, or a pull-up bar handy, try dead hanging for as long as you can…I hit 2 minutes 31 seconds last week. Cheers!🍀
