    This is ur best one... good sequence... different camera angles... otherwise it tends to get monotonous...this was good

    Hi Rashmi, My query- reasons for doing crunches at different speeds.

      If you ask.me slower crunches are more effective but faster ones get your cardio vascular system going which works for fat burning. Also adds some variation to your workout
