- Week 4 is a slower workout routine that focuses on toning your core muscles and improving your overall flexibilty. Week 4 right away starts with Suryanamaskars followed by Chandranamaskars. We then move on to core workout followed by some twisting postures and stretches.
Get fit in 5 weeks is a 5 episode series with Rashmi Ramesh that helps you get fit and lose weight at the same time. This fitness routine gradually increases your strength and stamina over the weeks. By the end of 5 weeks you will be able to feel the difference in your body.

I am doing the fourth week right now . Repeating it for the second week. Yet to get both my elbows on the floor. Would I be able to get the best posture if I continue for yet another week or am I past that stage to improve my flexibility further? I'm close to 50.

Hi, i like ur series and they are really effective .. it would be great if u let us know how we can schedule these different weekly series into day... like wch one can be done on mon, tue and so on for an hr in a day
Smita Srivastava the workout is designed to do the same thing for one week and then to move on to the new one for the following weeks. you can try doing week one on day one and week two on day two and so on if you want to make it a daily workout.

Would want to know if you r coming up with new videos.
Would like to know if there is a significance of when we breathe in and breathe out during the workout and if there is, (i believe there is for Surya Namaskar) what's the pattern how do we remember it?
Practice makes you perfect. Once you get the flow, you will remember it by default.

What do you reccoment if you repeat this Get Fit in 5 Weeks after some time? Doing the video's 2 times a day or repeat the video from the other week? Or a total different video after the video of this serie? ( Sorry if my English is bad it is not my first language, I am Dutch. )
Demi Kolle hello. you could do two videos if you have time. you could for example club week 3 and week 4. or you could also pick one of the daily workouts from the series to mix and match.
Demi Kolle I wouldn't do the same workout two times in the same day. its better to do another video.
