Great to see you again Clint. I've wanted you to have you get an alternative source of hosting for a long time. The reloaders network and it's social media spur headspace cover that pretty well. I am certain you and the other people with your hobby be very welcome there. Plus we have a lot of creative people so this always nice to be able to pool minds for problem solving and troubleshooting.
I'm probably being overly cautious. Some of the alternates I've looked at push some philosophies that I'm uncomfortable with. I just want to share with people of like mind and minimize the extremes.
@@clintonwestwood5498 talk to James aka loads of bacon. You'll find him far from extremist, and very welcoming.
@loadsofbacon basically does what you do, except for on the ammunition. He anticipated deplatforming and built a good alternative.

Holy shit it was nice to see this pop up in my feed, thought for sure you were done with RUclipss BS, it great to see you still working and can't wait to see the final product, also have you have any thoughts about switching to a more gun friendly platform like bitchute?
I've kinda looked around. I didn't have the time to carry through and the project had stalled because of work pressures. I still have all the old stuff that got deleted or I listed as private. I want to see what action is taken here on youtube. The monetization is not hugely important to me.

I feel a great weight has been lifted from my spirit- either the gypsy's curse has worn off, or Clinton Westwood has started posting videos again!
Yeah, and my happiness quotient has gone up exponentially.
Have you thought about uploading videos on dtube or any other alternative service to at least have backup of your videos and way to communicate with your audience? You would also have freedom to actually show what you want to share with people without second guessing what YT will graciously allow you to show (and you can never be sure, they sometimes hit channels years after they uploaded something).
Seeing results is cool but, I'm sure I'm not alone with that, the process of solving problem is really why we are watching videos from makers like you, seeing what original problem was, what was tried to get around it, how and why they failed until you finally find a way to fix it is both very educational and interesting. It gives us very deep understanding of how did you get to that solution, why it ended up the way it did. Same actually goes for manufacturing, the process of creating, I must admit I've learned a lot of clever and sometimes obvious things from videos even if it wasn't pointed out by author, just seeing that someone mounted thing in specific way when working on it or used some kind of jig is sometimes eye opening.
Anyway, I'm glad to see new video and I hope you'll keep making them

This build started out as a Professor Parabellum Mk. 2. The only thing remaining from those plans were the FCG pieces. Those have since been modified to my own ideas as well.

Thought you were dead. I found the same time and uploaded my first video in 2.5 years last Sunday.... and demonetized within 45 minutes then remonetized the next day.
I have no word at this point. Not holding my breath though.
