Really like the front and back porches along with the great use of the second floor space! The rest of the house is very nice too but nothing overly special.
That room where the barn doors are, id frost the windows and make that a true pantry, and also put my freezers in there. Im a baker need more than the pantry they provide.. And put regular French doors on it.
It’s a beautiful home! You do show some gorgeous ones, but I miss the more down to earth and mostly affordable ones. I also miss your farm videos. Are you not living there anymore?
OMG! You beat me to the “Cracker Barrel “ remark 😂 You’re only around 30 minutes from my home and I’m guessing you were there before Hurricane Helene hit and devastated WNC! That is one gorgeous home!
Thank you for the tour. Would have liked to have seen a closeup of the under-countertop lighting in the kitchen. Haven’t seen that before. Bonus points for the master shower. Personal preference for the owner’s suite to overlook the more private rear yard.
Very nice. The screened-in back porch is wonderful. I’m not sure I’d feel safe with such easy access from the back porch bathroom that opens right into the house. All the spaces are nice. But I’m a little concerned that so many of the storage rooms upstairs do not have insulation on the outside walls. Finally, I’ve never noticed so much dust/dirt on the HVAC system. It seems like that would always impair the air quality? My little gripes are easily fixed (by the construction company). I’d be happy to live here.
Not bad but a lot of things that just make go “huh?” The front switches seem like they’re right in the way of artwork above a console; why not put on that short wall on the other side. Not sure I’ve ever noticed lighting underneath the countertop above the drawers before, but seemed like a nice feature here.
Beautiful home but the bedrooms are small and the little boxed in room with the sliding doors off of the family room was such a waste but the interior was Beautiful
I just started watching and you’re still in the great room and I see so many things that don’t make sense. The sliding doors do not match the style of the house at all, the tile on the fireplace doesn’t match the style, and the sliders leading outside I think are a poor choice. I still need to finish watching 😂😂
Really dull design on this one. Looks great on the outside but the second floor looks like an after thought that nobody really had planned and rushed to just make it look like something was up there. Main floor has some nice layout ideas like the bedrooms and the jack & jill bathroom and the other bedroom that isn't attached to a bathroom.
I like the door in the guest toilet that leads to the back porch. This allows for quick airing.
Oh my my my, I just love everything ❤

Every space you went into, I thought “WOW!” What a stunning home for a large family❣️
You need to do more Oak and Stone Custom Homes!
I like the shower in master bath, not a bunch of glass to clean. Tub is great too!
Love it! Just not the barn doors, no matter how you dress them up.
Ditto. I can't stand barn doors.
THIS IS THE COMPLETE SOUTHERN BELLE HOUSE!! REMINDS ME OF THE HIT SERIES DESIGNING WOMEN!! REALLY IMPRESSIVE AND BEAUTIFUL!!
Beautiful home!! Love the home except for walking in the front door and having a column in your face 💜
You had me at the front porch! Looks like a great builder!
I absolutely love the back covered/screened porch! And I would use that front room, off the great room, as an office/reading room. 👍🏻👍🏻💗

Love the laundry room
I love the kitchen❤
Love this space. Very practical, beautiful and bright.
Great home! Great use of space! ❤❤
Gorgeous home!!
I love it, I would have to add beams in the living room and the master bedroom.
I could live in this house with a few changes.
Thanks again, this is one of my favorites
The bedrooms could have been a little bit bigger 😊
i love this one!!!

Most of the houses he's recently toured have the countertop lighting
Very nice home.

I like this house
Nice kitchen, the "fifth " bedroom is for the affair child. LOL 😂
Can you please let me know the name of the kitchen Tile: backsplash

Franklinton, not Franklin. Franklin is in the mountains.😊
This was a nice home but it could have been laid out better there’s a lot of wasted space.

Where are the wasted spaces?

Is it me or do you not say the lot size in your videos?
