Loved the Island as it didn't have a sink. Scullery was great but needed lots more outlets and refrigerator. Primary room and bath was fantastic and loved the upstairs.
It's not my design style, but the function of that kitchen & island is outstanding! I agree with your comments about the scullery needing more power and another fridge. I also like the wet room shower and tub. It will make cleaning that tub and its surrounds much easier. Take out that bench in the laundry room and put in a spare fridge or freezer.
wow, this house is stunning.. Only thing don't like is me being picky and that is not also having a normal shower heads also. The other thing is I would put an awning over the exterior door off the uncovered back porch area to protect from weather.. All that unfinished space is amazing the whole house is just beautiful!!!
The best place to store spices is in a cool dry dark space and avoid storing near a stove. That is if you want to keep your spices longer and in good quality, but hey if you want to throw out your spices because the flavor has deteriorated, by all means store them next to the stove.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I would turn that unfinished space into another bedroom with its own bathroom. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. I would use the dining area for special occasions. Also, instead of a round table, it would be rectangular.❤❤❤❤❤
Tim, this is an amazing home! The scullery is awesome. The kitchen looks great, and that island is beautiful. I love the master bathroom. Beautiful design!!!
Beautiful!! Love Farmhouses. Kitchen is wonderful. I also liked that the primary bedroom was off to itself away from the great room. I hate when they put the primary right off the great room. Would definitely finish off the upstairs. Maybe another bedroom, movie room, or game room. Thanks for sharing all these homes with us
Love both the wide front stairs & double entry doors. I agree more outlets in the pantry. Also, on the 1st upstairs bath, I would switch it with the storage rm next to it to maximize the storge area.
Absolutely love it! The only thing I would change is putting a 2nd fridge in the pantry. Would probably finish the unfinished space upstairs for storage. The loft area would be the rec room with a pool table and air hockey. The library area overlooking the great room would be a gaming area I think
Great storage planning for a home without a basement (like mine that sits on top of bedrock) Beautiful modern farm house that feels so cozy and inviting!
Beautiful home! I agree the scullery needed more electric outlets and another fridge. The upstairs spaces needed to be finished. So much potential up there.
Mr dreamy strawberry beard man stop looking handsome beautiful... I'm getting so many ideas from all your touring for my one day dream home ... Just amazing Everytime ❤❤❤❤❤
Love this home. I really do even though I would change a few things. I would close off the dining room a little bit from the entrance, like the house before. I would also get rid of bedroom #3 and add the space to bedroom #2 and #4. At $1.8 mil there should never be bedrooms so tiny. I would move bedroom #2 bathroom up against the wall of bedroom #3 closet. I’d give bedroom #4 that closet and bathroom and eliminate #4 closet and add that space to #4 bedroom. The whole upstairs would be for my kids and grandkids when they would come into town.
I like when there is an island with no sink/appliances on it, as it is much more versatile. I love having a window over the sink, and love the amount of storage space in the entire house. I don't like the dining room location just inside the doorway, as I would make that more of a sitting area, and put a table where the couch is. Pretty nice house, but too big for me.
My only issue was the bathroom in the 1st bedroom. I dont understand why builders put these enormous floor to ceiling windows in the bathroom...especially this one that is in the front of the house. Total lack of privacy. The blinds need to be down all the time. Windows that big facing the front of the house is silly. The windows in the master were the right size.
So far the two baths downstairs are okay. The one with just a shower would have been better if the shower didn’t require stepping into it. Not ideal that it’s just a rain shower head either, not at 1.8 million. Neither baths had a storage recess for shampoo and such. Oh! Outlets in the kitchen were too visible Now, it’s the first time I’ve seen the remote screen on the back porch - big fan of that idea. Not seeing the water heater in the garage makes me think it’s in the ceiling somewhere - hate hate hate that at any price point. Okay, looks like it’s a tankless upstairs so that’s fine.
The front door opens right into the dining room? Whether you eat every day or just holidays in the dining room, I sure wouldn’t want anyone coming to the door while I was eating. Nope.
You had me at scullery...! 😂But it was not to be. A scullery is a complete 2nd kitchen off the main kitchen. This was a very nice pantry however!
Agreed his terminology needs work …

Beautiful well thought out plan and the finish design choices are on trend. Very functional plan. I could sell this home easily.

I totally agree! ♥️
Cool house! I love the modern farmhouse look! I appreciate the stairs at the back of the house and not right at the front entryway!
Tim, this is an amazing home! The scullery is awesome. The kitchen looks great, and that island is beautiful. I love the master bathroom. Beautiful design!!!
This was a nice one… pantry was nice but I do agree that it needs way more outlets😊!
Beautiful home thanks Timothy, Jo from Perth Western Australia

I can see myself living in this home, in my area I live.

Love the windows in bathroom, but would frost them.

That kitchen island is making me swoon!
Another beautiful home!
ME ENCANTAN SUS VÍDEOS 😍...
Love the master bathroom.❤
Love the layout!!!
Butlers pantry is amazing.
Master br should have more windows/outdoor access.
And 1.8 Mil and no waterfall island?! That’s sad
Lovely home. The pantry needed wall outlets.
North Carolina and Pennsylvania have the best homes
This home while I can see someone liking that much space would be sooo much more charming if it were a smaller footprint!

The way this home has the tub and shower separated in the wet area of the master I much prefer than them open to each other
House seems bigger than advertised
Thought you might go out to the other building out back with the patio furniture on the Open deck area just off the mud room door. But you didn't
I don’t know what you called the pantry (I know it as a pantry) but the kitchen is nice
Howdy 🤠 Timothy
The wine area would be freezer space
The wine area would be freezer space. Master bath has too much glass for me. Would want tub not in the glass.
The unfinished space would be another bedroom like a Jr. Master.
Looks like my multifamily units
Tim, you are really flabbergasted with the missing shower heads 😂 water is water, homie! Plus there's a wand, so it should suffice.
😂😂
Not a fan of having the dining room right next to the front entrance.
Would want hanging rods in the laundry room.
No hook up for electric car in garage?

The Scullery is better looking aesthetically than the kitchen

Yikes. 500k max. Who are these people kidding? No skill required.
