Absolutely loved this home. Checks A lot of my boxes !!!! Lay out is great, bonus guest bedroom with its own bathroom is perfect. I can stuck my parents up there when they visit lol
The deck during rain. I would love love love that. I love sitting outside during stormy days, nights. I love the extra storage space in the attic. There is not one thing that I did not like about this house. Beautiful.
The joy of owning your own home is you can make any room whatever you want to make it. Very nice home. Points taken away for not having a soaking tub in master bath.
I love this home!! My only wish was a 4th bedroom. I like the pantry room and the beautiful breakfast room off of the kitchen. I love the whole industrial farmhouse design. ❤
I LOVED this house! The exterior is beautiful. The floor plan was great. It seemed larger than 3200 sq ft. Things I didn't care for were the fireplace in the house, the kitchen island and the range hood. And the kitchen backsplash and pendants were not for me. All cosmetic things and things that could be changed very easy. I guess I'm a glam farmhouse girl more than rustic farmhouse girl!!
Timothy?? This is farmhouse chic!! Very Impressive And Really Different!! Looks like a WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!! Lovely Rooms And All The Fixings!! Thank You!!
I love the layout of this home. I would make the kitchen table space to be used for all meals. If extra guests, the kitchen island would serve for extra seating. I would use the formal dining room as a cozy gathering space when it is just you and your spouse. It could have an adjustable height table for game night. There could be a built-in/pullout-bed for extra guests. I’m not sure I’m crazy about so many materials used in the design of the house. But it could be easily changed in the planning stages.
Pretty interesting house. I don't care for bathtubs so the showers suit me just fine. This definitely looks like a four bedroom home otherwise why have a shower upstairs? Thanks for another tour of a beautiful home!
Beautiful home!! It needs a 4th bedroom and soaking tub in master bath. Every master on suite needs a soaking tub. There were no tubs at all in this house.
I would take off that cabinet from the top of the fireplace to maybe put a TV...I think that other room next to the living room would be a MEDIA ROOM I think I saw an electrical outlet for the TV in the middle of the wall
I didn't like the wood around the island and fireplace but otherwise it was great. I really like the pantry. Was it me or was there zero tubs? Gotta have a tub in the house
I really like the house but, are there any plugs in the floor of the living room? I would like some lamps so I wouldn't have to have the overhead light on all the time.
I find the barnboard, hickory floors, dark, heavy wood beamed ceilings not what is happening right now. This looks more like what was happening about 5+ years ago. The exterior is gorgeous.
I love this home. But I'd love it even more if it had a nice little bathing tub (up off the floor) for the dogs. Perhaps a little extra room attached just for that or a place in the garage for one.
I can reply to this comment as that's what I put in my kitchen reno last year. They're ehhh okay. I wanted to get Bosch appliances, but they couldn't give me a time frame because of the back orders from the last couple of years. The ice maker in my freezer really sucks to be honest. The dishwasher is not nearly as good as my 30 year old one I replaced it with. Hope this helps! They look good on the outside though.....haha!
Would put shelves to the side of the fireplace, don't like the weathered wood, don't like the rustic faucets in the secondary bathroom, would not put weathered wood on kitchen island, agree with your spaghetti sauce and mat comment, love the pantry, would like room sizes.
Outside is great. Then they went tacky on the inside. What’s with the curved opening to the kitchen? Makes it look tacky. Curved archways are so dated and not the style of a farmhouse.
Feels like a small master to me. Very disappointed there is no tub in the master bathroom. Not a fan of open concept but I do like the kitchen and that there FEELS like some separation. Overall a beautiful home
Not a fan of the fireplace and the dark ceiling in the living room. I love the front office space. I also am not a fan of the kitchen island or the dark hood vent. I know the darker colors are in trend right now but I am not a fan at all.
That brick backsplash is going to be a bear to clean once you start cooking burgers and steaks even if it is sealed. Not a good idea for behind the cook top.
Too many wood tones in this one. I'd end up painting it all to make it feel less visually chaotic. I'd even paint that brick archway into the kitchen. I'm going to guess that this was filmed the Friday that Helene was hitting the mountains.
8:21 PLEASE tour this house when it’s done, this is so gorgeous 😍😍, and that sky bridge!! 😮😮

That room off the living room--the one with the black accent wall and large windows--is where I would put my piano.

A soaking tub, and no tub period in the whole house lol.
@@jayb9543 Yes! I was thinking the same as well.
I really enjoy theway you view/review homes. Just perfect!

Excited for this house tour!

Second floor is perfect for when family comes to town
I love it all except the brick 9n the archway. Would want the arches, but not brick. Gorgeous!
Would definitely opt for big shower/tub combo in master.
First...the exterior looks amazing!
Love the layout and yes I would use that flex room as a dining room.
Love the kitchen!!!!
I really like this one
Beautiful home i enjoyed your video god bless bdst regards anja
I knew you'd like this one!!
I would take off that cabinet from the top of the fireplace to maybe put a TV...I think that other room next to the living room would be a MEDIA ROOM I think I saw an electrical outlet for the TV in the middle of the wall
Bring some of that rain back home with you. We need another four inches. 😅
I see they have Top of Z Line Kitchen Appliances.... NICE
Hi Timothy, I am building a home in NC. what are the criteria for you to tour my home?
I didn't like the wood around the island and fireplace but otherwise it was great. I really like the pantry. Was it me or was there zero tubs? Gotta have a tub in the house
Beautiful home and property and a good size with lots of storage and a great butler’s pantry ❣️
There are too many wood and stone colors for my taste.
I’m sorry I don’t like dark colours I like happy alive colours ❤
Ok
I would do a dark blue instead of black
Craft room for me!
Ok I would have a hall tree built in❤
I really like the house but, are there any plugs in the floor of the living room? I would like some lamps so I wouldn't have to have the overhead light on all the time.
Too bad they didn't finish it up with more of the brick archways. Love the house
I find the barnboard, hickory floors, dark, heavy wood beamed ceilings not what is happening right now. This looks more like what was happening about 5+ years ago. The exterior is gorgeous.
Winner winner chicken dinner 🤟🏻

What are your opinions of Z line appliances?

It’s called “Avonlea”? They should have given it Green Gables! 😉
It’s a beautiful home but I would change the paint to a more lighter mutual color
Would put shelves to the side of the fireplace, don't like the weathered wood, don't like the rustic faucets in the secondary bathroom, would not put weathered wood on kitchen island, agree with your spaghetti sauce and mat comment, love the pantry, would like room sizes.
Oh hell, you're in my little town
Would think a wood stove insert in the fireplace would be far .ore efficient heating.
I would make the brick arch way the entire wall. It looks weird the way it is.
House is amazing but walking right into a wall from the entrance is a weird layout
19:46 Master Bath is missing a nice Bathtub!tsk tsk!
Outside is great. Then they went tacky on the inside. What’s with the curved opening to the kitchen? Makes it look tacky. Curved archways are so dated and not the style of a farmhouse.
Lovely house but a million plus and no tub.
Why do American homes not have window trim?
Feels like a small master to me. Very disappointed there is no tub in the master bathroom. Not a fan of open concept but I do like the kitchen and that there FEELS like some separation. Overall a beautiful home
You can't open the windows?
Not a fan of the fireplace and the dark ceiling in the living room. I love the front office space. I also am not a fan of the kitchen island or the dark hood vent. I know the darker colors are in trend right now but I am not a fan at all.
I don’t like the reddish brick that separates the kitchen from the living area. It would have been better to match the backsplash.
Way too much money for too little of the house
Lack of a tub wont go well.
I l9ve when they're not staged. Can picture my things in there.
That brick backsplash is going to be a bear to clean once you start cooking burgers and steaks even if it is sealed. Not a good idea for behind the cook top.
I would change the wood above the stone fireplace. Its so hideous compared to the elegance of the home.
Too many wood tones in this one. I'd end up painting it all to make it feel less visually chaotic. I'd even paint that brick archway into the kitchen.
I'm going to guess that this was filmed the Friday that Helene was hitting the mountains.
Why why why are they painting brick! The reason u have brick is zero maintenance. Anything painted needs repainted eventually. Ruined it!
