- Col. Jeremy Mushtare is the commander of the 8th Psychological Operations Group (Airborne) located at Fort Bragg, NC. 8th POG (A) consists of 3rd PSYOP Battalion (A), 9th PSYOP Battalion (A), and a Headquarters and Headquarters Company. 3rd POB (A) supports operations around the globe with specialized expeditionary teams tailor fit to execute print, A/V, and broadcast activities. The unit also houses the Information Warfare Center and other capabilities designed to support our forces or compete with adversaries from the CONUS base. 9th POB (A) is the PSYOP Regiment’s National Mission Force (NMF) which is responsible for supporting Special Mission Units (SMU) across the world. Members of the PSYOP NMF are deployed specifically to address the most serious threats to U.S. National Security.
Dr. Ajit Maan is a narrative strategist focused on national security and international relations. She is founder and CEO of the U.S. based think-tank Narrative Strategies, Affiliated Faculty at George Mason University, member of the Brain Trust of the Weaponized Narrative Initiative of Arizona State University, author of Internarrative Identity: Placing the Self, Counter-Terrorism: Narrative Strategies, and co-editor of Soft Power on Hard Problems: Strategic Influence in Irregular Warfare. Her most recently published book is Plato’s Fear.
Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Brian Steed is an instructor of military history at the U.S. Army’s Command and General Staff College. Having served in the Middle East for more than eight and a half years as a Foreign Area Officer, he is both a scholar and practitioner of cross-cultural influence. Published works include, among others, ISIS: An Introduction and Guide to the Islamic State and Bees and Spiders: Applied Cultural Awareness and the Art of Cross-Cultural Influence.

Not sure if anyone at this unit reads these comments, but today's youth (and most adults for that matter) don't have the patience to listen to our watch a 1hr video on topics that are pretty abstract like psyops.

I actually worked with a police officer and he did't allow me to be anonymous and shortly there after I began hearing voices and noises and coincidentally it interfered with real danger that was next door and he too is a police officer and stole my computer right out of my window. I had mentioned the platform snapchat to this detective and he deserves publicity. The Okaloosa County community of higher ups and or not even, just military personal with that equipment and technology ...they're misusing it. It's still on going, these are police officers. I was literally raped due to the exploitation and they work with the militant group Anonymous. They are corrupt.

16:56 Narratives create intention and motivation.... Attributing "just different narrative" is as close to saying "just different intention" or "just different motive." Attributing an understanding of one's narrative is to say you understand their intent. For such officials, this panel is pretty novice when it comes to narrative theory and it's interplay with intention and praxis. It is that circular at the presuppositional level. Hence the necessity of giving the full picture of "relevant" facts.
A solid narrative, like any theory, should be able to illuminate the main course of events as well as shed light on peripheral happenings as well. Poor narratives, like theories, are either so complex that they become a meaningless telling on desperate stories or they are overly simplified so as to jam every aspect of reality into it's grand narrative, regardless of how it simply doesn't follow.
But therein lies the rub. You're not talking about good/bad. You all are talking about useful/manageable.
The basic question you are pursuing is: how do we control the minds of men. For to you, the mind is a mere manifestation of something neurological/material. It is "just different," and we will, like all technology, will find a way to control it.

This isnt ubiquitous, and particularly Russian and Slavic peoples are ok with sadness if its the reality. One thing ive heard about Americans visiting Russia, is that Americans smile at everyone. That sounds nice but it means "fake it til you make it". I think its a hangover from post War America.
