With all the complexities that make DBMM my personal favourite, breaking tutorials down to bite sized topics like this makes it simple to grasp. Great work!
The video really helps our community to learn the rule. We find get into contact with enemy is the most difficult part to understanding during learning. Look forward for more explanation about maneuver rules later!
My problem is painting, my Brit Napoleonic army is easy to paint as I’ve been using it for over 50 years but even the Osprey books don’t look as good as the dbmm competition armies that I’ve seen being used in games across the country. If I can purchase the army list books for the latest version I’ll try again.
The combat you performed with the cavalry charging the spears seemed to me somewhat unrealistic. Cavalry charging spears in their front should have some adjustment made to the result to make it more difficult for the cavalry.
Having visuals and voice over to explain the combat is perfect
Cheers, do share it with any new players who might be interested in DBMM.

Thanks Mark, hopefully once the playlist is done it will be a great resource we can use to get new payers involved.

Thanks Vince, I'll be releasing some of these resources in the near future that will hopefully make the game even easier to get into!
Nice work, well explained
Many thanks, hopefully this will help get lots of new people into DBMM!
I found a small pocket of players in my area who play with 1/72 plastics and I'm finding this series to be very helpful
Brilliant vid loving them

@@martyn1185 That's the goal, so I'm glad it's hitting just the right mark. I hope as I make more of them it will keep helping you with the hobby!

@@irhobbies188who is the manufacturer of those pike phalanxes? The pikes look sturdy and flexible and exceptionally well sculpted
@@VitruvianSoundNYC These look like Heroics and Ros (UK).
