keep it in Track mode, hold the traction control button for 5 seconds while stopped to disable ESC, then retry your launches. ESC can jack you up if you get any slip as it will destroy your launch. Higher RPM in launch control is not better. About 1600 is ideal. What you have to do to break 4.5 is put the suspension in street. Then put the transmission in track and then as far as the the other options you can pick either sport or track it really doesn’t matter. What the suspension in street does is help the back end squat when you hammer the throttle and let off the brake. If you do all these things and if you’re not in the Alpine altitude or 100+ degrees like here in Tucson you should consistently break 4.5. In the cooler months here I’ve got as low as 4.2 with warm tires. I just bought a set of Mickey Thompson ET Street SS tires in 315 and so I’m hoping on an ideal day I might get below 4. We shall see.

@@SRTGHOSTS 💯 Dudes be acting like Hellcats are end all be all for Challengers all the while forgetting R/T came WAY before SRT was even a thought. I love Hellcats & they are beast but for me, personally, N/A is the way to go. Y'know what they say there's no replacement for displacement 👍.
@@zohaib876 definitely the 5.7 is Motor that brought the hemi back people don’t pay it enough respect. Forsure bro I have my scat at mmx extreme now getting cammed and headers been 3 weeks should be ready next week.
@@SRTGHOSTS You're going to love it. I got my scat shaker cammed last year and added longtube headers + some other stuff. Went with True Street Performance- cost 11g altogether...what about you if you don't mind me asking? Red lights are about to get really interesting...everyone is going to want to race you 🏎
You said launch control was between 1200 and 1300 rpm. The screen as you’re saying that says minimum 1200rpm, max 3000rpm
Dismisses the cool features and ops for safety features. Lol you have zero business reviewing any muscle car, TFL.
He can't help it. He's Gen Z.
They really should stick to trucks and off-roading.
Wide Body Challenger is one of the best looking cars of all time period. I just had a ‘23 Challenger V6 rental and I checked the cluster times. For 0-60mph it said 3.3 seconds wtf!
Every time this channel does a 0-60 test it’s alway almost 2 seconds more than motortrend’s test, rollout or not the difference is a lot
Best I can get (so far) in my 22 WB Scat is 13.6. Stock tires. For some reason I get too much spin when using launch control. It seems more controllable to power brake.
Americans don't have money for development of these high tech launch controls, too bad, they have awesome engines and transmissions but lack in tech, you gotta step up your game c'mon
Why are all the mustang guys in here , lol
I’ll take a “dated” interior over all the stupid touch screens manufacturers want to out in today. And why do they do that? Cause it’s cheaper to build. It has nothing to do with “what people want.”
Your numbers are off by 1.5 sec.
hello brother i need dashcam for my car what brand is the white you used, please help me with that
I couldn't even finish this video it was so bad. If you headline it as ways to launch, I don't need 10 minutes of your styling critique or option choices
Optioned out more for luxury than speed forsure. Challenger 1852 is the fasted 392 hemi car.
TORQUE MONSTER BUT THE DRIVESHAFT IS A WEAK POINT🙃
Sad but true, lol.
@@zohaib876 Those rubber couplers on the driveshaft go bad too i change them all the time. My man has a SRT8 Chrysler 300 and his drives haft broke 3 different times
I love my scat, wouldn’t buy anything else.
@@johnh.9127 💯. Greatest car ever made 💪
@@PhillyDee215 I believe it. Soon after the Demons hit the dragstrip a lot of videos surfaced of them spitting their guts onto the strip. Bunch of clips, washers & driveshaft parts that can't handle that insane tq. After your friend replaced it for the first time- does he continue using the same brand? Might be time to give something new & beefier a shot.
Your numbers are lousy
It's the heat and elevation.
Makes my Civic look fast 😆
