I love this. It bothers me so much that a lot of ppl here claim to be minimalist but they just declutter and buy more to declutter later. If you have it use it till it brakes then buy new.
When I don’t like the optic of old furniture anymore I try to change them with spraypaint or something to make it last longer :) same with clothes if they still fit I dye them it’s so much fun and absolutely new after :)

I do exactly what you do, Louise-donate things I no longer use, and recycle everything that's recyclable. With the exception of daily food, I take my time to make sure that I really need this item before I make the purchase. Consumerism has ruined many people, not to mention the environment. Keep up with your great work!👍

Love this as a Gen X who has lived simply for decades, because it is true at some point we have balanced a lifestyle where we srill have bits to declutter. However, it should not be like I see some RUclipsrs display where they are hauling off trunkfuls. They are clearly still heavy consumers and cycling through fast fashion or shopping seasonally. For some, it also could be decluttering items they received from sponsors partners bc they are large channels.

Bienvenue 🤗 Je viens du Nord de la France, je sais ce que c’est 😂 Mais minimalist ne signifie pas avoir seulement 30 vêtements. Cela signifie que tu simplifies ta garde robe : au lieu d’avoir 30 vêtements qui vont servir au même but, tu n’en gardes que 2 ou 3.
Exemple : pas besoin d’avoir 10 kway, 10 doudounes, tu gardes seulement un ou deux de chaque sorte 😄
J’ai une seule paire de gants, une seule écharpe, un seul bonnet etc etc.
J’espère que tu comprends mon point 🙂

Sunglasses are actually very useful! They protect our eyes from harsh UV rays and keep them healthy. The skin and the inside of our eye! They look super cute on you too. How exciting about your travels coming up! Is your pup 🐶 coming along too? ❤
She is staying with my family because our travel is not going to be a « normal » one haha but I will explain everything in a next video! 😌

your english is fantastic, i am very inspired and im dec,jttering almost everything in July and traveling. its scary and exciting for me too. But moving is a great chance to reevaluate possesions and attachments
