Sounds awesome. I plan to make your carmel apple bites for hanakkah gifts. By the way, i love your cabinets :))
Yay! Thank you! Thank you for your kind comment and visiting our channel. Let me know how your project turns out.
Thank you for your video.
Thank you for this recipe, I'll write it down and I'm sure I already have it but there's nothing wrong with extras.
Takes me back to my days down south where the Cubans would boil a can of sweetened condensed Milk for three hours to make Dulce Leche. Or was it Leche Dulce? Anyway, the best caramel I ever tasted.
Danger! Danger!
The can being boiled must be kept covered with water or risk exploding. I do mine in a pressure canner at 10lb pressure for 30 minutes, 35 for darker caramel. Much safer that way. IMHO
Keep up the great work and good luck.

I've done that in the past with the sweetened condensed milk. The finished product was so yummy. And it felt like a (slightly dangerous) magic trick. Lol. Looking forward to trying this recipe. It'll mix up a little faster than those 3 hours of boiling. :)
It sure will, and will be quite Yummy! Thanks for continuing to visit our channel.
This sounds delicious. For the freeze dried apples: you drizzle it before the apples apples go into the freeze drier? Or after they are dry? Our apple harvest has been wonderful this year and I'm excited to try this. And I bet it'll be great on brownies and other sweets. Yum! Thanks for sharing. 😂
We put the drizzle on before we put the apples into the freeze-drier. We're currently working on that video, so it should be posted very soon. Yes, this sauce makes a great caramel apple pie, caramel cheesecake, topping for a brie with some candied pecans etc. Thanks for visiting.
Half and half? 50%wholefat milk and 50% cream?
Yes exactly, in our local grocery stores it comes premixed and marketed as half-and-half. Thanks for visiting.
