Ours weighed 152 grams (5.36 ounces) after freeze drying. We used a dozen Egg Land's best eggs. Which had been graded as large size eggs. Thank you for visiting.
Sometimes, i like to separate the yokes from the whites and FD and store them that way. My thinking is, should I like to make noodles, I have just the yokes that I prefer to use. I also put my FD eggs into my food processor for a smooth powder for easier measurement.
Very interesting. Thanks! Could you please tell me what the approximate weight is of a dozen eggs that you have freeze dried?
