No, that would be to much for the character to know. S snake has feelings for Luffy that she is unable to explain since she is not even Hancock. S Bear coming to the conclusion that Luffy, without even using gear 5, is Nika, dont make sense. S Hawk did not stopped fighting Zoro even trough the original Mihawk said he would wait for Zoro to be the strongest it can be. Some emotions are influended by the original personality, but not the whole logic of "Luffy is Nika".

I have a feeling there is going to be something from that skipped evening that is going to change the perspective of the next day fights and escape attempts when we finally learn it. This might be unpopular, but I actually liked egghead better when we were finding the traitor and the main villains were Lucci and kizaru. Sure seeing the gorosei are cool, but I think it made all of the intrigue of in and around egghead shift to wondering how they get out and how do we hurt the gorosei. The seraphim now feel inconsequential, who gave luffy the food doesn’t seem to matter, and most of the strawhats now aren’t doing much
But the arc is about the Gorosei. Cypher Pol and Pacifistad are too boring and they already were the villains in other arcs, they were just the upgrade version of what we already saw. And they were there to just stall the story until Saturn arrived. In Ennies Lobby the crew fighted the goverment oficials, but now they are fighting the goverment bosses themselves. Is a progress in the story. And while Ohara failed to study the ancient history, Vegapunk will succed in revealing it to the entire world. And the Seraphin being children is part of their current portrayal. They will grow up to adulthood and be truly ununstopable. We just saw a glimpse od them in egghead. About the food... the arc is not even finished. People were saying some chapters ago that Oda had literaly forgot about the ancient robot... this is the curse of weekly reading, people think Oda has forgotten something. The food stuff will be because of Kizaru (who literaly has a entire painel during that scene), but we will only see fully when he does his stuff (since apperantly he will betray the goverment or at least do something no one was awaiting for).

Before Oda started to focus on Law, Shanks, Garp, Sabo, etc, it was part 1. York was the traitor and she was revealed as such. You said you dont more about that, much she is the one that created this entire arc anyway, the gorosei coming in part 2 is because of her. And Marcus has encountered her too so we dont know what she will do from here but Oda has not forgotten her. The part 1 was focused on the science adventure sfuff, thus it involved the seraphim, pacifistas, clones etc. However Oda kept showing us that a greater fleet was coming to the island. It was not a ass pull, he was showing everytime that Saturn was coming, so everything in the island itself was just keeping the strawhats stalled until the arrival of a even bigger danger. Also, Egghead was easy to follow until vegapunk death. Everything you mentioned about Kuma and whanener mattered and was changing the plot until Vegapunk was killed and his message was activated. Because the reaction of the gorosei soon after is the same as our reaction "he is dead? So why this message? what will he say?", that single event changed the entire trajectory of the arc. Everything from ohara destruction to the revs to Kuma was essential to bring that event: the secrets of Ohara being spread to the entire world. That was what the arc was building too. The Gorosei wanted to erase everything they considered a threat from every record, be it Ohara, the buccaners, etc. But by the end of the arc, they will not succed, the truth will go out, and this will be the biggest slap to the goverment in 800 years.

This was kind of missed opportunity for the strawhats to act like a true emperor crew , and efficiently take care of the seraphim. But the anticlimactic twist of them just chilling after 10 chapters was just so goddamn funny. Like ofcourse, they just beat kaido. Ofcourse, The seraphim would be no match
If the seraphim are no match, why Vegapunk called them the highest form of humanity? Of course as children they are still not in their highest potential, but eventually they will be among the strongests characters in the story.

I think its interesting also how sanjis relationship to jimbei changed. He seems to like or respect or trust into jimbei more now, he propably did a great part in protecting some part of the group

It would be so cool and soooo "avant garde" if Oda purposedly made that day skip so he can focus into the next arc and leave the that material for anime only; of course he would need to supervise all. But it's a great way to increase the gap between anime and manga, to give more confidence to toei, increase anime spectators and most important time for him to develop a sweet sweet continuation.
More like he decided to take a break and Netflix did not appreciate the delays to their schedule so they just pushed forward the arc so they could complete this anime series and start airing their own condensed version of it. It's a poor story telling trope in my personal opinion given what we know of One Piece over the last 2 decades and how Oda loves to flesh every single detail out. We know Oda's style by now and this is not it and we know that a 3 week hiatus and now a skip of material which is like concluding the arc. Definitley something not right there. We also know about the Netflix season gap after Marineford to the current meaning they probably didn't think everything post time skip to Wano was worth it for them.

You forgetting a crucial point. S-Snake was heading towards the basement as well after having petrified Lilith's team. Robin, Chopper and Atlas had to face both York and S-Snake, only later Luffy catched up to them, brought S-Snake to his petrified friends and asked her to turn them back to normal. Also I think Kaku meant 2 seraphims as in S-Hawk ans S-Bear before the groups splitting. And Lilith's bubble gun isn't the only one they have, we later see Sanji using a different bubble gun to trap Kaku inside of a bubble
I think ussop used the bubble gun because he had a different eyes compared to the standard petrified eyes and ussop was also shown to be somewhat resistant to attacks that rely on a specific emotion like peronas
Some people might not like it, but I like how we skipped the Seraphim and York part of Egghead since they aren't that interesting after recent arcs, an originally thought to be a standard opening arc akin to Punk Hazard or Fishmen Island has evolved to be one of if not the best arc in One Piece currently
To be honest I had forgotten that we'd already seen some of the Blackbeard Pirates on Egghead which is crazy considering how big a shock it was. But it makes me extremely curious about what their goal was on the island and what they did. Because we know they had an encounter with Saturn, yet he seems completely unfazed by it. So if they didn't approach him for the purpose of fighting him, what DID they accomplish by meeting confronting him?
Catarina Devon can commit identity theft on a level equal to or superior to Bon Clay. All she needed to do was touch Saturn, and he was busy recovering from Luffy's last attack when Catarina got the chance to touch him.

We actually do know how to defeat the seraphim. I’m surprised no ones figured it out. If you go back to the panels where the seraphim are using their green blood powers you can see the flames on their back aren’t lit. As we know with the fight with king, they become vulnerable when the flames are out. I feel like this deserves a pin!
I really need to see more of the weaker straw hats working together to fight bigger fights. Its mostly just brook but hes very strong and just feels like a side character. I NEEEEEED more Brook. Maybe a little of the other straw hats accomplishing more while working together.

Why do they never knock York unconscious to get back control of the Seraphim? Or better yet kill her since the WG needs at least one Vegapunk alive to continue making that Mother Flame for the as of yet unnamed weapon and not having one willing to cooperate would give them a lot more breathing room. And on the order hierarchy can't they just give them a broad set of orders like "kill this side" or "protect that side" and then order them to shut down their hearing functions?

That was what the arc was building too. The Gorosei wanted to erase everything they considered a threat from every record, be it Ohara, the buccaners, etc. But by the end of the arc, they will not succed, the truth will go out, and this will be the biggest slap to the goverment in 800 years.

This was kind of missed opportunity for the strawhats to act like a true emperor crew , and efficiently take care of the seraphim. But the anticlimactic twist of them just chilling after 10 chapters was just so goddamn funny. Like ofcourse, they just beat kaido. Ofcourse, The seraphim would be no match
If the seraphim are no match, why Vegapunk called them the highest form of humanity?

It would be so cool and soooo "avant garde" if Oda purposedly made that day skip so he can focus into the next arc and leave the that material for anime only; of course he would need to supervise all. But it's a great way to increase the gap between anime and manga, to give more confidence to toei, increase anime spectators and most important time for him to develop a sweet sweet continuation.
More like he decided to take a break and Netflix did not appreciate the delays to their schedule so they just pushed forward the arc so they could complete this anime series and start airing their own condensed version of it.
It's a poor story telling trope in my personal opinion given what we know of One Piece over the last 2 decades and how Oda loves to flesh every single detail out. We know Oda's style by now and this is not it and we know that a 3 week hiatus and now a skip of material which is like concluding the arc. Definitley something not right there.
We also know about the Netflix season gap after Marineford to the current meaning they probably didn't think everything post time skip to Wano was worth it for them.
W sleuthing, 9:00 York could of still ordered S-Snake or S-Hawk to attack Robin as Nami wasnt gonna take out her frustration from Robin being hurt out on the seraphims since they are kids and i agree with the rest of your deductions

You forgetting a crucial point. S-Snake was heading towards the basement as well after having petrified Lilith's team. Robin, Chopper and Atlas had to face both York and S-Snake, only later Luffy catched up to them, brought S-Snake to his petrified friends and asked her to turn them back to normal. Also I think Kaku meant 2 seraphims as in S-Hawk ans S-Bear before the groups splitting. And Lilith's bubble gun isn't the only one they have, we later see Sanji using a different bubble gun to trap Kaku inside of a bubble
I think ussop used the bubble gun because he had a different eyes compared to the standard petrified eyes and ussop was also shown to be somewhat resistant to attacks that rely on a specific emotion like peronas
Some people might not like it, but I like how we skipped the Seraphim and York part of Egghead since they aren't that interesting after recent arcs, an originally thought to be a standard opening arc akin to Punk Hazard or Fishmen Island has evolved to be one of if not the best arc in One Piece currently
To be honest I had forgotten that we'd already seen some of the Blackbeard Pirates on Egghead which is crazy considering how big a shock it was. But it makes me extremely curious about what their goal was on the island and what they did. Because we know they had an encounter with Saturn, yet he seems completely unfazed by it. So if they didn't approach him for the purpose of fighting him, what DID they accomplish by meeting confronting him?
Catarina Devon can commit identity theft on a level equal to or superior to Bon Clay.
All she needed to do was touch Saturn, and he was busy recovering from Luffy's last attack when Catarina got the chance to touch him.
That would definitely make a lot of sense and they'd definitely be able to do a lot with it, but my question is that why would they let Saturn go after that? and if they weren't strong enough then why would Saturn let them go?

I'm caught on the anime and the Manga. Can someone refresh me on how Atlas recovers from Lucci's attack? She looks blown to bits in the anime and I can't even remember that happening in the Manga nor how she got back up.
Here I was hoping this video was some crazy theory where Bon-clay managed to somehow get onto the island, impersonate everyone and thing to feed Luffy, if it meant that Bon-clay was finally back and anyone other than Caribou fed Luffy in the end.

If you go back to the panels where the seraphim are using their green blood powers you can see the flames on their back aren’t lit. As we know with the fight with king, they become vulnerable when the flames are out. I feel like this deserves a pin!

Why do they never knock York unconscious to get back control of the Seraphim? Or better yet kill her since the WG needs at least one Vegapunk alive to continue making that Mother Flame for the as of yet unnamed weapon and not having one willing to cooperate would give them a lot more breathing room. And on the order hierarchy can't they just give them a broad set of orders like "kill this side" or "protect that side" and then order them to shut down their hearing functions?
