I can study from books, notes etc but none of them motivates me as much as your videos Zachary and the only reason for this is your pure passion for being a doctor. I hope that nobody dies before they discover their passion because there is nothing more joyful than doing the job that sets your soul on fire

Thank you mr. Ninjanerd Sir. I have been leaning on my good friend and mentor, Vás, this semester. However, there are even gaps in his knowledge, as pharmacology is such a vast and complicated subject. You fill these gaps beautifully. May God bless you and the Ninjanerd team.

As you explained in the "secretion" that if a drug is non-polar, hydrophobic, small it will be easier to filter into the tubules, but these are the same qualities that are needed to reabsorb anything back into the blood, if anyone can explain it to me in replies I'll be very thankful.

So thats what he explained at the end that non polar can easily pass through paratubular cappillaries. So in order to inhibit non polar will have to be converted into polar.
So changing the ph of urine we can convert these ions into polar that cannot pass through and trap inside urine.
He also used lechatlier principle at the end❤❤❤
