Hi, I'm a pharm D student from India and your videos have been very helpful to understand the basics, and I'll really appreciate if you would explain a little about this pharm D course cause even though I opted this course I've been a little confused and couldn't get much info from our professors. So pls if you could consider helping me that'd be great. And thankyou for these amazing videos!

You can be the best teacher in the world. I just love your videos. They really are helpful. Can you please make videos on the remaining topics of the LIPPONCOTT?
An important concept about VoD to note is the definition of VoD: The APPARENT volume of distribution is the theoretical volume of fluid into which the total drug administered would have to be diluted to produce the concentration in plasma. It is not the actual volume that the drug is distributed within the body because that would limit the volume to apprx 42L in the average human. This is why we get numbers in the thousands. (Edit to include ex.): If you needed a drug to be at 100mg/L in the blood and you know the VoD of the drug is 200L you would have to give 100mg/L x 200L = 20,000mg or 20g of that drug to achieve the desired concentration in the plasma Assuming no first pass metabolism). please correct me if I am wrong. Happy studies everyone.
Thank you soo much, you have explained it so well, l now understand. Looking forward for you to do Metabolism and Excreretion videos because l have exams next week 🙏🏿
Your videos are the best! I can’t thank you enough 🥺✨✨ But wish this video was in the pharmacology playlist after absorption video.. it’d make it easier for us to find it 🤍
It was awesome! thank you so much. I have a question please: regardless of the following factors affecting the distribution, how to know whether I need the drug to be highly distributed or not into the bloodstream?
