This might be a dumb question but would you not want to apply the strip wash as the final step (after removing chemicals and polishing) to insure the ceramic coat adheres directly to the clear coat?
Yup! If your wheels come from the factory clear coated, all you need to do is wash them with a normal none abrasive soap. Then ceramic coat. You can clay it if you want before the ceramic, but it's not needed if your wheels have never seen the road or they were properly stored.
I watched your video yesterday of when you changed the Oil Thermostat to the Mossellman. Since you drained some of the coolant first, how did you move the car to drain the oil with low coolant? or does that not matter as long as you don't run it too long?
