Wow...I grew up with several avocado trees in our yard and now I feel bad because, I've always thrown the pits away, but no longer! Thank you ma'am for educating me. I have a question. I got a recipe from a friend that she adds cinnamon sticks and peppermint into the avocado seed tea. It's funny that I only asked for the recipe and forgot to ask for directions. I guess I can put them all into the water with avocado seed to a boil?
That’s sounds very delicious! I dont see why you wouldn’t be able to add that, it’d just add flavor and besides, cinnamon has natural anti viral anti fungal and anti bacterial properties so no harm in that! Thanks for sharing this with me, I’ll give it a try! 😊
