i'm literally crying. this song is so meaningful to me. this song was released a lot of years ago, and the fact that she sang it just three days ago it just made me really emotional!!!
This song is so rebellious on multiple levels. And I felt the fire ignite the very first time I heard it.

absolutely chilling & amazing that she that she brought back bravado, in her home town, after years of paying it dust... and that you can hear the vocal difference in the track where she's only 15 and it's her first EP but now she's 21, her voice has matured, and she's got two albums... that was so long ago now and she's came so far 😭. must have been a super personal & emotional experience for her & everyone at this show, a lot of which who have probably been following her since day one. this is going down in history as a legendary performance i would have sold my soul to be there.

i come back to this video over and over again, usually late at night when things don’t seem to make sense and everything feels in flux. the feeling when the song actually starts past the hum of the intro,,, it feels like the whole world suddenly clicks into place. her dancing at the beat drop like the first thunder clap of a storm. the lyrics a recurring battle cry of self rebellion and continuing message of reassurance: you’ll find bravado. the crowd singing with her and the backing track is a religious experience, a chorus of voices, of people, behind her. you just feel the song. there’s no way to completely describe it no matter how hard i try. everything seems to calm with her self assurance
