what happens if Vince was smart enough to get rid of that phone (the one he talked to her or any other person on at the time it was supposedly going on) before the FBI went in & seized whatever phone he had at that time?
The thing about this situation that makes it difficult to prosecute criminally is that when all of this stuff went down, it appears that she did so willingly. If she didn't say 'No', when all of this stuff was going on, does it make it a crime if two years later, she changes her mind and declares that she didn't want to do it? If she had said, 'No', and Vince then forced her to do it, that would be SA...but right now, I don't think he technically broke an SA type of laws. He broke moral code..but not laws.. Sure, he is guilty of misappropriating the funds of a publically traded company...but that appears to be the only time he broke the actual law.
If the Feds are investigating Vince McMahon, they are investigating the the WWE and Endeavor TKO. This is now Endeavor TKO's baby.
.., didn’t think about it like that 😮🤙🏽
Pat Patterson is DONE!

There’s literally a part in the lawsuit where she says no and he proceeds to rape and beat her.
