Really good! I find this sound action plan always warring with the frenetic plan proposed by most Etsy Gurus. I know this one is better, but then the other creeps in for sneak attacks, lol.
I hate to say that I'm not a big everbee or erank fan. I sell merch on demand and Etsy. Thank you guys this video was a very informative and helpful audit. You guys are always inspirational, and I encourage everyone to subscribe. But for my best sellers, I didn't use any tools at all except organic research results on Etsy, and I did research outside of Etsy at other popular multi niche retailers, that sold similar items like anthropology. Honestly, my best sales came from things I was passionate about making. I have good design taste and found my buyers. I don't know why people spend hours and hours researching when I don't think it's necessary if you are creative. Please don't get sucked into this research dilemma. That Everbee may help people who aren't naturally creative or aren't watching the trends. Some people just don't need the tools If you love to shop and you love to look around at what all the big box retailers are selling and the small boutiques and you're very aware of what people are wearing around you where you have young children or teenage kids. I just don't think you need paid tools. That's my final answer. Doesn't take rocket science to know that Halloween shirts sell around Halloween time. A walk through any hobby lobby or Michael's Craft Store will let you know what's trending. Everyone is pushing Printful and Everbee If you have fun doing it, and you can afford it great, but for those of you out there who can't afford it or don't want to spend the money and put that into your budget, you do not need to. Watch videos, go to the hallmark website, look on Amazon, and other retailers who pay big bucks for market research. Or holiday vendor insider blogs that give you lots of free information.
omg ME TOO I did the same my sellers have nothing to do with the research, I am a graphic designer and I have stoped watching the videos where confusing me and giving me mixed messages, I do use erank for keywords and help with title search result only. The items that I least investigated and liked is my highest viewed and best seller?

Don’t hand your will and your life over to the care of the Etsy platform. Etsy is a just a place to siphon traffic over to your own domain. Just like Amazon, EBay, Facebook and other sales channels.
