Is this black cable the extension cable??? Or is this the regular scope of delivery in the normal Switch Panel box? Please let me know. Greetings from Germany?
Very well done Buddy. Again, not in my wheel house since I only run a pair of driving lights currently, but such a practical set up. Your explanations and overview are always so well done and properly explained. Thanks. All the best to you and Amanda.
Dude its so funny you made this video. I was just looking at the previous gen non-RGB 8 switch version of this Auxbeam setup for the Wagoneer! Definitely gonna pick this up now🤘
Definitely would be cool! I’m not sure how it would work with the dimmer switches though. Since my lights on the camper have those instead of just on/off
I will link them below! I gotta say I haven’t been completely happy with them though. Their Bluetooth app to control things works very poorly. luxlightingsystems.com/?cmp_id=1060092696&adg_id=51863993237&kwd=lux%20lighting&device=m&gclid=Cj0KCQjw3eeXBhD7ARIsAHjssr-6mH-wicE-CZeCfEC3AE7rUiQrEft0bFJLEPtCBs-MgW7n3X7LVgMaAqj2EALw_wcB
I know you said you got rid of all the relays did you just wire the pot lights together then straight into the panel without any inline fuse and how thick was the wiring
Nice video and i wanted to ask do you think this panel can sync all my rock lights together. And would i still have to keep my other module for all the color changing effects?
The tray is discontinued from Pelfreybilt Other companies make them though if you search Tacoma fuse panel tray on google. The box next to the auxbeam panel is for my rock lights!
@@Adv4x4 ah damn. Pelfreybilt made some quality gear. I've got an Overland Equipped tray but I need to keep my accessory fuse block and there's very little room to bolt it down to the tray. Anyway, thanks bud.
Yessir I did! I put the wire that was supposed to go to ignition power and put it to a constant power instead. Then I used a separate switch to interrupt it and allow me to turn it on/off as needed
I was wonder if you have that second switch on when the car is on to use the switch but what about when you turn off the car? Do you have to make sure you have that second switch off too then?
I can’t find a good power tray panel for the Auxbeam 8 gang fuse box. That sucks that they are discontinued. 😢 do you know any websites where to find a good power tray panel for the Auxbeam 8 gang fuse box? BTW, your setup looks so clean.
Thank you!! Try any other Tacoma accessories brand I think there are people who make a few! Not all may be for aux beam specifically but you can make it work 👌🏼
Mine is tripping do i change fuses if there for strobe lights ?? To what fuse idk whats going i have my strobe light just 1 going to a 30 fuse i tryed to do another one but it only lights up one light the amber light but not the blue lights what am i doing wrong lol do i change the fuse out to a bigger fuse

Greetings from Germany?
It is the extension cable 👍🏼
Can you use other auxiliary lighting, pods light bar etc mix matching like Morimoto or rigid?
It will power any 12v accessories you choose.
I just sent back my 6 gang old school one to buy this one. it is just too cool. looks good, feels solid, slick
It really is a great unit for the price!

Thanks Mike! It’s cool there are these options out there. I was very surprised with the amount of wires I got rid of haha.
@@Adv4x4 Absolutely, and all the short and possible fire hazards. May be there one day. Very sensible and convenient modification.

Also, thumbs up on the Power Probe! I just got the PP3ez and dont know how I lived without one
Hell yeah dude!! But yeah man I love that power probe 😂
Do you have the link product metal bracket where you put all the stuff on this bracket?
That would be cool to use as you switches for lighting inside you micro camper, especially the Bluetooth option.
Definitely would be cool! I’m not sure how it would work with the dimmer switches though. Since my lights on the camper have those instead of just on/off
Nice demonstration. Thanks
What black panel is that you had mentioned at the beginning of the video?
so whats that about the voltage boost? i didnt see any other video linked
Description has been updated! Here’s the link

@@Adv4x4 cool, thanks !
The flashing could be useful for a breakdown for visibility use or car shows

Thanks for the video! I also have a 2 in 1 lightbar, can you tell me how did you wire it to the Auxbeam? did you use separate inputs?
I believe I doubled them up on one circuit you can definitely separate them if you wish though.
What brand & amperage you have on your circuit breaker?
I know you said you got rid of all the relays did you just wire the pot lights together then straight into the panel without any inline fuse and how thick was the wiring
Correct! It was just the wiring that came with the lights. Do not know the gauge unfortunately. Cut down the supplied harness.
Why don’t you hook straight to battery?
Nice video and i wanted to ask do you think this panel can sync all my rock lights together. And would i still have to keep my other module for all the color changing effects?
Yes you are better off relying on the module supplied with the rock lights themselves this will simply only power them on/off no RGB support
Nice job bud. Question: what accessory tray are you using and is that a fuse block you've got mounted to it as well as the Auxbeam? TIA
The tray is discontinued from Pelfreybilt

Yeah man no prob!
Appreciate your review -- how far are you able to control the lights with the app from outside?
Thanks man! I honestly don’t use the app so not sure on range
What's the difference between the different 8 gang Auxbeam?? I've seen a couple ones online.
I believe the regular 8gang ones you just can’t change the color of the buttons if I remember correctly!
Do the settings stay when you turn the truck off and restart it later or does it just go right back to how it came out of the box?
My panel retains the color I’ve set it to have never had to readjust it
Can you hook up a strobe system to this?
Not 100% sure, but I don’t see why not!
I am super interested if you ever got around to doing the switch to use the Auxbeam with the car off? Thanks for this video!
Yessir I did! I put the wire that was supposed to go to ignition power and put it to a constant power instead. Then I used a separate switch to interrupt it and allow me to turn it on/off as needed
Do you have a video for the constant switch by chance? Any links to which switch you used?
Sorry no video no just used a switch I had laying around in the garage! Any switch will do 👍🏼
I was wonder if you have that second switch on when the car is on to use the switch but what about when you turn off the car? Do you have to make sure you have that second switch off too then?

Did you have a problem connecting to Bluetooth?
I did not! I honestly never use the Bluetooth feature though. I did for the video but that’s about it.
Great video
How about an update on how’s its still working?
Still going strong with 0 issues 👌🏼
👍✌️
