The interior is rather plain, but goddamn 1:44 that is probably the best exterior that I've ever seen for an apartment building. Also, those amenities are killer. 1700 sq/ft and only 2 beds though!? What else is all of that space being used for then?
I'm just looking at a range between 1800 to 2200 per square foot. So based on that it's between 3 to 4 million. The current market sucks and really fluctuates, therefore the big difference in price tho. But it is just an *estimate*!
