Tell me below: What was your FAVORITE room and WHY?!
The washroom, with the windows and easy access to the closet its perfect!
Outdoor space is my favorite “room”.
I’m an outdoor type of guy stuck in different major cities throughout my lifetime.
One day, I hope… one day.
For NYC in general and Brooklyn in particular, an indoor space is too overrated and outdoor is too underrated, in my humble opinion.
My dream: 50+ acre backyard where my kids can play with mud (not a joke), not with tiktok or Instagram.
A lot of my friends are shocked my 3yo never had a phone or an iPad in her hands. And I’m shocked their kids are not letting go of their devices since age ZERO.
PS nice little house. ;)
I Love your brilliance of purchasing and renovation of this property. I ADORE the entire property inside and out. Yet, my favorite is your private family quarters!!! Your closet is outstanding!!!
The look of the house from the backyard os amaaaazing, love it!
The CLOSET, my mecca! I love a good, well-thought out, well planned closet. Just perfection!
"I see a lot of things in other houses that just don't make sense, so I made sure that everything had a purpose".... as he sits in his 4th living room. Nice house.
oh mannnn this comment made me giggle
Jealous low-life
@@rizh5889 "smh low life" he typed from his cracked iphone 5 in the darkness of his bedroom.
How does that not make sense tho? Have a separate living room for the guest floor.
@@Spartan168 It does make sense, but it’s just the irony of what he’s saying juxtaposed with where he is…
3 years in the making, unlimited budget, people who know what they’re doing, impeccably taste, add it all up, this townhouse is as good as it gets. Good for you Ryan.
How much did it cost in total?
@@cw5900 this is purely speculative but I’m guessing between 10 to 15 million at bare minimum. Again I don’t know this as a fact it’s just a guess. I’m sure he knows every dime he has spent
He has worked hard for his money he deserves it…
This guy has style -& immaculate taste. Amazing townhouse !!
How many low-income families could fit in that Brooklyn building?
This is honestly the best house in the entire channel because its actually homely functional and extremely beautiful.
The kitchen is so beautiful, you guys did an amazing job!
Ayyyye what up Erik
Thanks Erik! Dude, your SoHo loft is 🔥🔥
Yo Erik
Wonder if you use it?
without a doubt it is out of this world
Normally when I see one of these houses I say "I would change this and I would change that" but honestly I wouldnt change a single thing in this house. They did an amazing job and he has great taste.
Where in Brooklyn is this?
@atello2984 a neighborhood called Boerum Hill
Ryan, first of all you have exquisite taste. The entire home is a masterpiece. Absolutely stunning, brilliant choices all around. Exceptionally well-thought out. My favourite room: The CLOSET.
Can't believe how far Ryan has come since the first season of Million Dollar Listings NY!! So awesome and inspiring!!
I remember when he got his first sports car like 10 years ago
Right
The amount of money you have to make to create that masterpiece of a home…. I can’t even wrap my head around it. Insane!
Probably the best designed home ive seen in a while
couldn't agree more! amazing!
IT LOOKS AMAZING! When are we getting invited? :)
Next we want to see Enes own home
Yeah we want to see your pad
It's be cool to build something from scrath in Los Angeles and take us along the ride by documenting everything. It'll be a cool series calling Building Enes House from the ground up...
Now... that's the real question 😏
Would love to see Enes review Ryan's house lol
The custom child gates are amazing. You should list the creator so others can have access to a custom gate.
Etsy
This is pure luxury. What an amazing home.
I’m living for these subtle brags
Nothing subtle about them. Brag brag brag.
Your old penthouse was interesting...but this townhouse completely blew that out of the water. Extremely tasteful from every angle. A dream home for sure.
I didnt want this viewing to end. This is a stunning townhouse. What a dream!
Woke up today and decided to watch this video again just to see that basement gym.... truly a piece of art
Love it. Seems like a house I would build in The Sims while using cheat code for unlimited money, creating so many living rooms and bedrooms just because I can. Can’t get over this house 😍
*I was just talking about the Sims earlier while destroying the place I live in like Courtney Love did with her outlet apartment. It was because I couldn’t make the videos I wanted to make on the Sims. I can’t ever have a good fucking time.*
When your wife gets mad at you she can say “go sleep on the fourth floor”..😂😂
😂here there's no sleeping on the couch, there's only "you sleep in whichever bed available"'
Ha lol thats funny
In the dark and stormy room😄😄😄
It's Like "You'll be sleeping on the couch (the fourth floor one, i.e.) tonight.
This is New York living at its finest. Comfortable and airy with lots of class. Truly lovely.
and they dont use half of it hahaha
@@Deliahszepinzky yeah, a little bit cringe
@@DeliahszepinzkyLmao you remind me of my co-workers when I invited them to my new house… “why have a 4 bedroom house when you only use 2, what a waste of space and money”💀

I absolutely love how you decorated the inside. The interior designer did an amazing job at picking the furnitures! Wow
The house has turned out to be incredibly beautiful 😍. Even describing it as beautiful would be an understatement. It just feels the 2-year long wait to move into this house was all worth it. Love the detailed video especially when the extra information is added when Ryan is describing something.
Glad you like it!
Normally I look at a traditional house that has been worked on and mutter "why, why, why?" This, however, is quite possibly the best modernisation that I have ever seen. Apart from converting a sitting room to a library, I would happily live in this house as it is. Excellent taste, superb quality of work, and it's not until the guest floor that you know it's in a city.
This is the most beautiful and stylish house I have ever seen on RUclips. Wow!
Congratulations to the three of you. You kids have worked so hard to build your amazing life together. This level of success is not simply handed to you. You're always hustling..... seven days a week. Bravo! Well done, well deserved.
Cheers!
Ryan ! You remember when you use to share a shower with ten other people ?!!!! You worked hard, you worked smart ! And you made it ! 😃👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
What??! That’s very motivating
Wait. 10 people at the same time?

23:31 Ryan, FYI: you’re actually supposed to let the erg handle go all the way to the top when not in use (the way you found it). The holster is only for short breaks while erging (convenience). If you leave the handle in the holster full time, it puts extra strain on the components.
finally someone with some useful information. lol These people on here are something else.
This is just breathtaking! I literally crawled under my sheets after seeing this home. I wish I could live in a home of my dreams.
Ryan has always been my favorite NY-Brooklyn Real Estate Broker. Home is making and I expected it to be absolutely gorgeous
It takes an incredible mind to even conceive and build this dream home. Congratulations, Ryan, for a job well done! 🥰
Thank you!
Awesome!!!!!’
Uh ... hevdidn't build it. He had a huge team of talented, creative people who built it. Congratulate them they gave this braggart everything his tiny mind desired.
The primary bathroom is GORGEOUS!
Really a beautiful home, Ryan. And you have absolutely exquisite taste. Homes like your home are inspiring! However, it is important for EVERYONE who doesn't live in NYC or have the money for such places to know that, with paint and a lot of careful editing, almost any home can convey a greater sense of beauty and peace. I live in a much smaller place in Arizona - a world away from Brooklyn. The economy is totally different here, and the cookie-cutter brown-stucco architecture itself here doesn't even compare to the impressive charm of Brooklyn, but the interior of ANYONE'S home can be a place of peace, beauty, and respite. We should all look to your home for inspiration and say, "Well, I can't do this thing but I CAN do that thing" and "Why don't I make some more room by getting rid of the stuff that I don't need or doesn't work well for me?" Great job!
Brooklyn isn't as charming as you think. I lived in both places. You are way better off living in Arizona. Especially if you could live in North Scottsdale. Not in the summer time. Lol. Its so interesting they always show NYC when the weather is nice. The weather is terrible, most of the year. Gray and gloomy. Born and raised in Brooklyn. I think I know I little something about the place. Absolutely no parking. Good luck with the subway and busses. Especially where that house is. NYC is a just a status symbol for the rich. By looking at all the videos this guy does. He makes NYC look so attractive. But that's is his business. Got to give to him. He saw an great opportunity in NYC. I think this dude is from Texas. A great marketer. Him and the others like him are making a huge killing, selling the dream. Very happy for all their success. It's still a great place to visit. Not to live for me. This house is probably worth over 10 million and still no parking space. Also connected to other houses. Go figure. Now live in Laguna Beach. The best place to live for me.
@@raymondsmith1945 Hi Raymond. I trust that all you say is true. I'm from Chicagoland (the term people in the Chicago area use) originally. We moved out here when I was a kid. Then I moved back to a very nice suburb (not a ritzy one, but pleasant) as an adult for a few years. I know that finding parking in the city proper was a huge problem, but the old brick and/or stone two-flats and individual homes on streets lined with mature trees were charming.
I worked in North Scottsdale (LOL, everyone in North Scottsdale always makes sure to say "NORTH Scottsdale"). It's nice enough but it doesn't have what I would call a patina, charm, or class (very subjective terms, I know). So much of it is new and brown... and, for me, without charm. But that's true of hundreds of square miles of homes in the Phoenix area that have been built in the last 40 years. Mind you, I'm not whining. I've lived in those developments and, God knows, there are worse places to live. Currently, I live in a nice older area that actually has grass, trees, and quiet streets with historic and mid-century non-cookie-cutter homes. I love my current area. Best of all worlds. However, generally, homes built in the last 40 years here a cheaply built brown cubes, little better than oversized stucco'd appliance boxes attached to a garage, which is usually the homes most prominent feature. I just think that we could have done a much better job with creating variety, picturesque streets, and a sense of personal ownership and creativity. Most neighborhoods here seem undistinguishable from each other and, though not individually horrible, somehow collectively create the feeling of a huge brown nightmare.
@@timward3116There is definitely a different in the North area of Scottsdale. Lol. I guess most homes was built to deal with those tough summers. Also to blend with the landscape. I live in Az. for 9 years. The summers was getting longer and longer for me. I had to leave. I paid huge price to move to Laguna Beach but it was well worth it. Az. and NYC are great places to visit. Not to live for me. I just rotate visiting Az., NYC and South Florida. Also Vegas. Tried to live in Florida to save on taxes as well. Hated it as well. Got lucky moving before all those bad hurricanes. Also the people are weird in Florida. Just my opinion. SoCal is my home for life. The best year round weather in the country. Good luck to you Sir. Happy holidays to you and your family.
@@raymondsmith1945 Happy holidays to you, as well, Raymond. Believe it or not, I've been to California three times in my life (twice to Stockton for work, once to Knott's Berry Farm for a wedding). Call me crazy, but I thought Stockton was sort of neat... except for the people there, who were nuts at the time.
Although the quasi-official story is that the homes here are brown to blend in, my theory is that they're brown so they don't show the dirt and won't have to be painted (or even washed) as often. Think about it: Have you ever heard a realtor use the expression "beautiful dirt-colored stucco"?
Nine years was a long time for you, but I have you beat. I know what you mean about the summers getting longer (God, I hate them). I am really only here because my memories, history, network and friends are here... and now I am too lazy to move. Happy Holidays again!
@ryanserhant your house is remarkable. I’m so happy for you and your family. This gave me so many ideas. Thank you for opening your home up to the world.
37 and you just got your dream house, reminder to not to rush things in life keep working!
not to rush?! that is young!!!
that is by far the greatest looking townhouse i´ve ever seen in nyc, the love to detail in this is incredible...
congrats ryan, well deserved
A private elevator? I’m so glad you specify because I would’ve thought it was public.
I have seen a lot of house tours in my life, but your home is the best one I have seen yet Ryan. It is absolutely beautiful. My favourite room is the kitchen. I was visualising sitting at the countertop with a cup of tea in the mornings, looking out through the window at the trees, somehow reminds me of an English kitchen. I can imagine this being the hub of your home when Zena is older with her siblings, when they come along. All the chatter in the mornings, and at dinner times etc.Thankyou so much for showing us your wonderful home. God bless you ❤❤❤
I must admit I was skeptical when you said you waited three years, but having finished this video I can definitely say I too would wait through 3 years of design planning and construction for it!
This is the best New York Townhouse I've ever seen
And for me
.the only one i have ever seen🌺
I come back to watch this video because it is so aesthetically pleasing. The details are impecable.
It’s hard to pick a favorite! I’d say the 1st floor, primary, primary bathroom are my fav.
The kitchen was my favorite especially given the engineering involved to gain the width! the stone around the range hood was an amazing detail. The whole 8000 sqft is incredibly well designed and the definition of a masterpiece!
Just wow!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
No way could one pick a favorite room…each room is beautiful with its own personality…you did a super job with each detail. Well done!
this home is perfection. wow . even out of all the homes ive seen you tour and show this is my favorite 100% as a mom as well lol its just practical and warm and elegant and modern just amazing!
Pro tip: don't repeatedly mention how you don't use or don't need your opulent wealth. It's yours, do what you want with it, but openly and dismissively stating how your possessions are excessive and you don't even use them is bad form.
I’m sure he thanks you for your perspective.
Obviously to some it’s bad form and to some it is not.
@@lbeschrich people with the finer things in life over here in europe definitely dont talk like that. The kitchen is out of this world! Very convenient, elegant, open, with so much light. Congrats guys!!!
This place is funominail I've never seen a home this beautiful, stunning and huge. You guys have out of this world taste and style. Every inch of this place is breath taking and spacious. 6 floors my knees are hurting just thinking about climbing those stairs..I love the kitchen your bedroom and your fun room and bedroom & that stone sink amazing & stunning are my favorite. Really every room I saw is my favorite how can I not choose them all. Can I come live there??😢🌝😊🥰 I'm about to be 62 and still dreaming about visiting N Y. Your little girl is adorable. Blessing to u and your family always.👌👌👌⭐💗💜💚🥰🙏
My favorite part is each of the details that could pay off my student loans or my mortgage that have never and will never be used. Those are sweet.
WOW WOW WOW! You did a spectacular job! I remember when you took your beautiful wife there for the first time because she loved Brooklyn and you not so much, but you found this for HER! And I remember you saying "we will fill it with children"! So... get busy! Lol Love you Ryan! Beautiful home! Beautiful family! God bless you! Enjoy!!
Out of all your videos, I watch this one over and over! I love every concept and the quality that went into building your home.
Absolutely stunning, kudos to you for creating what can only be described as a 'dream house'. I watch a lot of film noir from the '40s much of it shot on the streets of New York & buildings like yours are always part of the backdrop, so I'm familiar with the interiors & can truly appreciate the extraordinary job you did. May you & your family enjoy it in good health, creating many happy memories for years to come.
Its just one of the most beautiful designed NYC Townhouses! You‘ve got such an incredible taste! Proud of you! Seems like your massive grind kinda pays of now!
I really don't wanna sound like a hater but after watching this dude's videos for a while now i've got to say: I have the strongest feeling this dude is one of the most condescending humans ever
Not likable at all. His poor wife but she probably loves the money more than him.
Excellent, Grand, valiant pursuit by you. It's a masterpiece in the making. A few suggestive pointers include:
1. Fabric upholstery the headboards of all bedrooms
2. Paint, paint, shiny paint the cabinets.
3. Paint walls. SPRAY PAINT GOLD at all the attention grabbing spots.
4. Accent walls should get striking panels and wallpaper. The wall staring infront of you when you walk into any room is the accent wall.
5. Movie theatre should be in. Copy the one in the Yellow Ferrari townhouse.
6. Billiards table should be in there.
Ryan! I just saw this for the very first time since the show, and it is fantastic! I am so happy for you and your family. What a gorgeous home!
I meaaaannnn I’m still trying to pick my jaw up after watching this tour. 😧 This is BEAUTIFUL, every single room just awesome!!!!
Very cool to see Ryan’s journey over the last several years and now here he is with a beautiful home, family and still striving to reach even more goals. I’m happy for them!😌
My absolute favorite video of all! The fact that the result of how your brain calculates everything in it’s surroundings is your house is a stroke of genius. I haven’t seen less than 5 homes in my experience of watching luxury homes that were efficiently built with great attention and appreciation for the beauty, the aesthetic. It’s incredible!! It’s so refreshing that you are sharing your mad genius with the world. Thank you!
You did well 👏💪Congratulations ! you worked so hard. Enjoy your new home with your beautiful family 😍
Finally a normal human level excitement when touring a house. Lol. Since Ryan isn’t selling this, it is a lot more casual :P loved it!
You read my thoughts lol
Beautiful. To be so wealthy that you're gallivanting in Greece when the brownstone you renovated for three years is ready.
Ryan, I've watched you since day one. I'm super proud of you. You and Lawyer Lady did an amazing job. You rock!
Thank you for this incredible tour of your townhouse. The white kitchen with the multitude of windows was a great design. I liked the idea of the baby gate being the same style as the railing-that was a nice attention to a detail that I haven't seen in many other places that have those gates. The best area for me was the basement, with the white bricks and the archways-it was really stunning, reminiscent of ancient architecture. And you made it into a workout area-I thought that was really cool.
This is the best "showing" Ryan has done! Two serious question: 1. How to you clean and maintain this huge house? 2. Who does your laundry and organizes them to color match? How many people do you hire to do it.
Yeah i want to know as well
They have staff, I'm sure.
This place is INSANE! One can only dream of achieving these kinds of milestones in life. Congrats on the completion Ryan!
this place i cannot even explain how gorgeous it is. this is beautiful i love the walk in closets those my fav. i love the dark sitting room i would love to have it myself. Wonderful job on this townhouse
Absolutely stunning! Sympathetic to the age of the building but contemporary style and quality details. Can def see he has taken in a lot of knowledge from his industry and brought it all together to make a beautiful space!
Of all the things, my mouth dropped open when Ryan pulled the tie racks out with every tie arranged carefully by color. It must have taken him years to come up with just the right color-gradient order and system 😂 total respect for that, and obviously the townhouse is absolutely amazing.
I'm curious if it was him or his wife lmao obviously someone likes to organise the kitchen is also all labeled
Probably hired a professional.
I can’t imagine having a life like this.. insane
Actually this lifestyle is more stressful. You have more things to lose if something goes wrong.
