Boucherie on Bayou Terrebonne

A quick stop at the Boucherie Festival. It was a small event in downtown Houma right on Bayou Terrebonne and in the shadows of the Twin Spans which cross the Intercoastal Waterway. The festival features one stage and a good lineup of entertainment. I caught the noon-time band and ate a sandwich from the one thousand pounds of pork cooked on the spot.
