    Hey Joe, just curious if you see a lot of ducks in this area? I would assume it's loaded during the winter months and also guessing the duck season in LA is in Dec and Jan? Hope to see you video a duck hunt there sometime.

    • @NorthernSeclusion
      @NorthernSeclusion  2 года назад

      When Melissa lived down there she always talked about the big mosquitoes and how many there are. I have been down there maybe 50 times and sometimes for almost 2 months at a time. I always told her "Your mosquitoes really are not big at all and they are bad but not really bad". She of course told me I was full of shit. Lol. Then she moved up here...... Now she tells her friends and family down there that the mosquitoes are nothing down there compared to up here. Haha. BUT.... We have 6 months of the year when it is too cold for any bugs at all so that makes up for it.

We have not heard back yet because they are trying to figure out how they will mark the corner posts (they can not find the original plat map state registered) I did a full price offer so they are scrambling because the only stipulation I had was that I wanted my corner posts legal and marked. If we end up getting the lot I will have the cabin build up north at the tent and following that I will build an elevated camp down here for the winter. If the lot goes through this video will be just one in a series so I had to get all the camps in the video. Your the first to know about this besides family members.
