R. Kerindongo nice! Make sure to put the pie crust on a baking sheet before u fill it so the eggs don’t spill everywhere ! I’ve made that mistake a lot
Not much unnecessary talk, quick to explain and give options, some jokes/humor here and there, amazing video quality and edit. Your channel is perfect!
These look great . Pie crusts are a nightmare here in the tropics . I use two cups cooked, cooled brown rice mixed with one beaten egg and one cup shredded cheddar. Mix that up well , press into your pan of choice , and fill with your ingredients . Bake at 350oF for 40 minutes or until a knife blade comes out clean when inserted in the middle . Works for us !
Cooking the spinach in with the onion and garlic is an excellent idea!. And I really like the idea of using ranch seasoning. Well produced and the video is aesthetically pleasing and the cook even more so.
Love these creative flavors! I once estimated that I've made over 3000 quiche (I was an Innkeeper at a B&B for years :) We used store bought crusts too... yes, it's all about the filling! And now I enjoy them crustless!
I love all your creations. Another great breakfast idea and perfect for Easter is the egg in a basket. Basically a sunny side egg inside a toasted bread slice.
I love your egg holder! My eggs roll around on the counter when I’m cooking. Can you share the link to the egg holder? These look delicious! I ❤️❤️❤️ how you offer multiple recipes on one video and how you always have the recipes written below! Thank you!
Do you place the QUICHE on a tray to cook? If not, how do you prevent the bottom of the pan from dropping out? Can’t wait to try these fantastic recipes! Thanx!
I couldn’t decide which one I wanted so I made all three? I take quiche for a quick, light meal on night shift. I’ve preordered your book as well. Great meals!
They all sound delicious but I've got to say that the second one is the one that I liked the most. It does remind me of the Greek spanakopita. Have you heard of prasopita? It's close to spanakopita but with leeks instead of spinach and the pie is kind of sweet. I'll taste the spinach quiche and then I might try it with leeks too.
They all look so delicous, I'm going to make them for Easter brunch!!! Also, I think switching out the cream cheese for ricotta would be very good too😍
I love your work and you're my go to channel . Love creating all this amazing healthy recipes for my family. Kindly add metric measurements as well to your recipes please, it will help a lot. Xx
I love quiche. Costco actually has a two quiche package. It comes with a broccoli cheddar quiche and a spinach artichoke quiche. Both are made with egg whites. Even my carnivore son will eat these. However, your quiche looks ten times better. Plus, you make it look so easy to do. I love your channel! Spanakopita is one of my favorite things!
Those quiches look delicious! And I know what I'm talking about - I am French and I bake a quiche almost every week, it's my kids' favourite dish! Thanks for sharing these recipes! (and yes, it is supposed to be rich and creamy, I use only cream in my quiches ^^)
OMG!!! Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!! All three are excellent ideas and I especially love the smoked salmon quiche. Another home run @sarahlynncauchon. You're the best!
I am going to try these next week!! I just bought the quiche mini pans from The Bay (Sara's link on amazon com was only $13.99 USD, but the same product on amazon ca, it costs $40.73 CAD) and I only paid $17.24 at HBC (Wilton cookware)! I'm all about making a bunch of individual meals and freezing what's leftover for days I am unwell. I've made several of Sara's soups and they're amazing.
I bloody love these recipes. You just seem to outdo yourself everytime. ♥️ couple questions though: what’s the difference between a quiche and a frittata? Never understood it. Also, in your final recipe, what vegetarian option will complement asparagus and cream cheese? Would mushrooms do? Or do you have other suggestions? Thanks!
I know there's vegetarian lox recipes, perhaps there's one out there for stuff like this? Maybe if you seasoned a meat alternative a certain way? (Not vegetarian, but trying to help out) Otherwise, personally I think mushrooms would be great in that last one or eggplant?
These look insanely delicious, and easy to make too! Thanks so much, I can’t wait to make this for the week :) how would you recommend storing them and how long for?
Hi Sara, what's the recipe for the pie crust if I have to make it at home. In India we don't get a pie crust easily.. I love ur recipes.. Keep up the great work..
I’m not big on quiche but you’ve convinced me to try these! Does your bottom crust crisp up nicely or do you find it’s a little soggier than the sides?
Not a fan of fish, but the other 2 are winners - especially the Greek inspired one since I love Spanakopita and feta cheese, which *I* can't get enough of! :-)
Awesome! I always do the same quiche with salmon and leeks, I’ll definitely have to try all the three of your recipes! Btw tomorrow doing your risotto with, leeks, celery and asparagus 🍽
Hi Sara! I loved this video, but, to be honest, my MOST favorite videos are when you have a "base" recipe (like in your last Waffles video). I really like having a base recipe in my toolbox that I can customize. I think it makes cooking easier and makes the cook more comfortable in the kitchen. With this video, I have 3 SEPERATE recipes to remember. But with the waffles, I have 1 base with small additions for customizing. I was really hoping this video would be the same (giving a base recipe with mix-in and variations). I think my anxiety in the kitchen comes from feeling like I need to do things to the exact recipe, and providing baseline makes me more comfortable in just adding what I have on hand. Anyway, LOVE your channel, and would love to see more "base" recipes!
I've never heard of this before.. until I saw it's also called pre-bake. I just bought mini quiche pans, so I plan to do them 4 ways: 1- bake normally and freeze; 2- blink bake, bake normally, and freeze; 3- Freeze and then bake normally; 4- Blind bake, freeze, then bake. My cousin says by her not blind baking, her quiches get soggy if re-heated. So I wanted to try them all different ways to see what works. Thanks so much for mentioning this because I hadn't thought of doing this. There's just me, so that's why I want to make a bunch of individual quiches and freeze the ones I don't eat for another meal. :)
You may have altered the course of my life! However, that said, and having now taken the very first batch out of the oven, you forgot to warn us newbies about 'quiche leak' where the filling gets out a bit at the bottom of the pastry because I was not too quick getting them into the oven. I think in my case some parchment paper underneath the mini-quiches would have saved the day and meant easier extraction. Still, there is no stopping me now.
my co-workers will love me, when I make a quiche for lunch and share it :) Sadly we just have a good bunch of people who are not able to consume milk -.-
My only issue with the recipes is putting the cheese on top. Some of the cheese (whatever cheese you're using) should be mixed into the egg custard filling and then more cheese should be sprinkled on top. The cheese will then be incorporated throughout and will bind the whole quiche. If the cheese is only on top, it won't be quiche; it will be baked eggs with ingredients in it, topped with cheese. This is the way I was taught to make quiche, back when dinosaurs roamed the Earth. I also think the crusts should be blind baked a little before the filling is put in, but the cheese issue bothers me more. It's because I like eggs mixed with cheese very much but I will never eat eggs without cheese.

Ikr I learned it that way too. Also I love how the cheese melts while the egg-mixture gets hard and that doesn't give a fat and melted cheese layer on top.
@@ijanms Great idea, especially since the other ingredients are pre-cooked. I failed to do that and the crust was soggy underneath. What type of pie crust do you use? I used Puff Pastry Sheets.
Just came back to say I’ve been making the spinach and feta quiche every two or so weeks since this video came out and I love it. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
I'm definitely going to try that also. At this moment I'm so in quiche.😃
R. Kerindongo nice! Make sure to put the pie crust on a baking sheet before u fill it so the eggs don’t spill everywhere ! I’ve made that mistake a lot
@@coreyjacq good tip🙂
Bacon, brocolli, cheddar and ranch 😍😍 what a a winning combination in a quiche.
I have always been scared of making quiche but not now, you are such a great teacher and encourage so many to try cooking new things. Thank you.

I live in Alaska and just made the smoked salmon quiche. It was absolutely phenominal! Keep up the good work!
Store bought pie crust is a life saver 👍🏻 no mess . I always do this . Those look delicious 😃

Love all 3 of them. Especially the spinach one. I am going to make all 3 not at one time, but periodical I love Quiche.
They all look amazing!! I am thinking of making for Christmas morning. Thanks for sharing ❤
All three Quiches look absolutely Delicious!!!
Bacon cheddar ranch was a big hit..thanks! Love the simplicity of your recipes

I've seen several of them at Ross. I bought one for myself.

may I say you're awesome Sarah? I love your recipes. You are so bubbly, making food prep easy, and fun. You really should be on Food Network channel.
Thanks Henry!
Thank you. I love your recipes. I made the crust gluten free myself and everything was even better. Thanks so much.
My favorite! ❤️ All of them! I would probably change the feta for goat cheese! Perfection!
Looks delicious n easy to make it
These recipes look awesome. I love the idea of adding ranch seasoning to the egg mixture. Can't wait to try the spanikopita quiche.

I sometimes use 'stuff 'n stand' soft taco shells. Great for dinner with some salad and lunch the following day.
That bacon cheddar ranch with broccoli quiche looked VERY tasty!

Yum. Quiche is a favourite in my house too. I find it so pretty in tart pans but I like the higher egg to pastry ratio in a pie plate.
Me too! without High fructose corn syrup in it! (half and half)
oddo pops Half and half has high fructose corn syrup in it? I'm like 95% sure that isn't true of the creams I buy but I am definitely curious now.
You could also do the half and half yourself. Isn't it just the same ratio milk and cream mixed together? Then you know what's inside :)
I bloody love these recipes. You just seem to outdo yourself everytime. ♥️ couple questions though: what’s the difference between a quiche and a frittata? Never understood it. I think frittatas are without the crust.
And I agree, these seem like they are going to be delicious!!

Mushrooms sound amazing!
The main difference between a quiche and a frittata is that a frittata doesn't have a crust! Mushrooms would definitely go well in the last recipe!
I hope you enjoy them!
I am definitely going to have to make that 2nd quiche.
These look insanely delicious, and easy to make too! Thanks so much, I can’t wait to make this for the week :) how would you recommend storing them and how long for?

They all look so yummy but do u need to blind bake the crust first...????
For someone who doesn't like mustard, what would you recommend to use instead of it, in the smoked salmon quiche?
I love quiche! Thank you!
Does the moisture from the milk seep? Like scrambled eggs? How do you stop that? Thanks for the video! 😊😊😊😊😊

Where to get the pie crust? Can you please give me the name of a brand?

MMMMMMM!! So good. Thank you.
I do so love a good quiche 💗

How many regular size quiche(s) does the recipe for spanakopita quiche make? I only own the regular size tart dish not the minis.

Love your recipes! A lot of my gal pals are gluten-free. Can you give me some ideas for our girl dates that will include them? Thanks ahead of time.
I'd recommend blind baking those pastry shells, especially with a liquid filling like this.
Omg I need to try this!

you are the best👍👍

lov it
This looks delicious but sadly i dont own an oven😓can this be done in a pan on a stove? Lol.
Yummy
Mam what to use instead of egg for vegetarian.
