I do this as a one pan recipe, stir frying the vegetables first on the stove, then pour egg mixture over and place in oven. Works great and cooks a bit faster.
I’ve just made this to use up left over broccoli, cauliflower & feta cheese. I didn’t have any Greek yoghurt so whisked some cottage cheese smooth. It’s turned out absolutely delicious. A keeper of a recipe. Thank you for such healthy inspiring recipes 🙏 x
God bless you for making these videos I appreciate them and I appreciate you I'm a 48 year old and I'm trying to be the best and better than I have been for my 50s❤
I am just wondering whether in fact you need to precook any of the vegs. Mine were too soft for my taste. I plan on just leaving vegs raw….considering I cook for one, if I half your recipe say 3 cups veg, how many eggs would I need.?
Please make more of these make ahead recipies. Will be helpful as so many of us head back into the office and want to carry our lunches to reduce cost.
I made this Saturday night for breakfasts this week along with some roasted sweet potatoes and berries. Such a great and light choice, thank you for sharing.
@Louis logan Don't be a creep on cooking videos. Literally when I click on your name it shows numerous women you sent this exact same line to. Stop bothering women and being attention seeking when we're merely existing in a space we enjoy. 🤮🤢🙄
Made this dish except I sautéed the vegetables with some onion, leaving the cauliflower and broccoli slightly crunchy. It was so delicious ! My husband had seconds and it lasted for more than one meal. Thank you !
It's a delicious recipe no doubt, but the cholesterol levels are off the charts, I don't consider it healthy,, thanks for another great recipe Dani,, muwah from Bergerac France 🇫🇷❤️
I brought this to my knitting group along with the recipe as the ladies like to cook. One of them made it that next day for the Sunday brunch group. It's delicious and easy to make. And they want me to bring it again to our next gathering in November. This is a big hit. Thank you Dani!!
It's very similar to the Impossible Vegetable Pie recipe from Bisquik. I add some chopped ham or whatever I have at the moment. Also, I serve it with a green salad making it a delicious meal during the summer. I love it!
I tried this, it was easy and very good. Easy to see how other veggies/herbs/spices could be added. I baked mine in a casserole dish, as the veggies made the mixture too much for a pie plate. I did go with the nine whole eggs. Next time I’m going to cut my veggies a little smaller, add some spinach, and maybe some herbs.
We just had this for dinner. We LOVED it! Served it with Tasmanian smoked salmon and salad! Yum!! It would also go well with sweet potato chips. Thankyou so much! Definitely keeping this on the menu!
I made this. It was delicious. I didn’t have Greek yogurt so I used cream. I made a mistake and seasoned the egg mixture. I salted the veg a little. I put a little Dijon mustard in the egg mixture. A dash of hot sauce would be good. Next time. I used Parmesan cheese the good kind. This is a keeper.
Looks so good, I’m heading to the grocery store for some of the ingredients. Please keep posting recipes such as these -easy prep, delicious, and gluten free which will last for days!
I made this and instead of scallion in the dish, I carmelized onion with garlic, julienne one sun dried tomato in olive oil, and added a pinch of cayenne and nutmeg. Cooled, then added eggs, yogurt -or whipping cream. Then with the broc and cal, I julienned a handful of spinach for added nutrituion and color. Garnished with the scallions after baking. Yum. This is a keeper. And very low carb, to boot.
Yum. I’ve also made crust less quiche with less eggs. 1/3-1/2 c GF bisquick. And 11/2 c vegan milk. 4 eggs. If eggs are less available. Or not on your diet as frequently. Rest the same. Thanks!
Thanks for the recipe, I made the quiche following directions w/ added sliced mushrooms and used Plant based yogurt and Italian blend cheese. Delicious😊!
I love quiche and needed this recipe as I’ve stopped grains. I use a pinch of nutmeg and also cayenne pepper in my quiche recipes. Takes it to the next level!
Hey there! This crustless quiche is an absolute game-changer! 🌱🥦 The combo of broccoli and cauliflower is genius. So easy to make and budget-friendly too! Definitely trying this for my next plant-based meal. Thanks for sharing! 😋👍
I like my veggies al dente, so I would simply put the cut florets into the greased pie pan, spice as indicated, and pour the liquid on top. Cooking the “pie” for 45 minutes would cook the veggies well enough for me. Great recipe!
This looks great. Have plenty of quiche recipes but it's good to have something without pastry. Nice, clear instructions - and thanks for the weights too (we generally use weights not cups in the UK).
Made this today, and it’s definitely a “keeper”. I’ll be making it again in a few weeks. Many thanks for the naturally gluten free recipe (I have Celiac so I’m always 100% GF).
Made this today and it was sooo good! Had a left over red pepper so also added that. Love the extra tang of the Greek yoghurt! Looking forward to having this for my lunch at work this week , with a side salad! ❤
I love a classic quiche, even if crustless. I tried this but the cheddar and the too-flavorful greek yogurt were nothing like quiche. I left out the salt because my husband is on a very low-sodium diet. Thanks for trying.
Another person on here used cottage cheese in place of yogurt. They whipped the cottage cheese until it was smoother. You could use a cheese you prefer in place of the cheddar. I'd like to try it with a quality swiss cheese.
Looks great! I use tofu and plant based cheese for my quiches as I have a family history of Cancer and need to avoid the Choline in eggs and estrogen in dairy--thanks for posting
Exceptionally well explained, all important details included. I would love to view more healthy simple and interesting meals such as these as my goal is to make healthier food choices. Well done and thank you!!!❤

I would love to add a few more veggies to this - peas, maybe courgette?, a few slices of tomato on top? This is brilliant! Thank you, always thought you needed the pastry to hold it in place - I never thought about just getting a circular tray/dish!!! 🤪😆🫡🙏
Glad u don't use so much whip cream or double cream, but yoghurt. It makes the whole dish healthier. I m motivated to do this one, after a long time. Quiche is considered to be a delicious but no so healthy party dish. Yr version is different.😊
Happy Friday! I hope you all enjoy this one... it's perfect for meal prep and so easy to make. XO Dani
Dani! I cannot get the recipe to print on your website. Help! 💖
Thanks 🎉
Can I put mushrooms and some chopped ham instead of all the broccoli?
@@corgiw6859 As the lady says, “Use what you have. Use what you love. Use what is available to you.” 😊
Can this be Air fryed rather than baked in in the Oven?
Ready grated cheese has a coating of celulose to stop the shreds sticking together so grating it yourself is always the better option
It also now has potato starch!! That turns to sugar content quickly. Bad for hypoglycemia!😢

I’ve always wondered about pre-shredded cheese!
Absolutely agree, that stuff is horrible for digestion. I mean how long does it really take to grate cheese…lol
It’s cornflour.

I love that “cut the stems and pull the florets apart” trick! 🙏
I made this and it was really good! Only thing I did differently was roast the veggies instead of steam!
Hello Gorgeous how are you doing? just hoping everything with you

I'm going to do this too.
Good tip thanks💃👍💜

Thank you, I love the idea of a no crust quiche. It looks easy to make and delicious. I think I’d use whole eggs 🥚 I love my eggs.
@Wendy Hannan, Me too! We have hens, and their eggs are much healthier than store bought! YUM!

Thank you for sharing; I was wondering if frozen veggies could be used.
This is my breakfast this week and it's delicious! Thank you, Dani for all of the amazing recipes and tips.
I made this yesterday and reheated leftovers in my air fryer!! Oh my WORD 😋😋😋 Amazing dish!!!

Susan! I am too...in fact...ALL that was mentioned, I am going out to get. :)
I like to make frittatas with potatoes and rice, it absorbs moisture ahd improves the overall texture.

I have just made this with spicy cheese, I also added a little nutritional yeast and oregano into the egg mixture. Was really tasty
Good idea to add nutritional yeast. I will definitely try this. Thanks.
LOVE this recipe! 😋. Thanks!!
CAUTION: Coconut oil is a saturated fat. I use olive oil.

Made this recipe this week. It turned out perfect. My husband thought it was great and said it definitely has to go into our meal “rotation”.
You definitely know your cooking. Finally someone that deserves credit for a great demonstration! I am making these for sure. Thanks!😊
Thank you for sharing. I don’t enjoy crust too much these days. Crustless is perfect especially since I enjoy my veggies. 🤗♥️🥦
Same! This recipe is delicious so even if you love crust, you won't miss it. Enjoy + thanks for watching.
Love quiche, and I find putting a tasty blue cheese in with mature cheddar. Makes it extra yummy.
I make a similar version but instead of the yogurt I add cottage cheese. I am going to give it a try with yogurt, thank you🥰

thanks Dani, this came out pretty good. I may add more of the spices. I eliminated the yogurt but still came out very well.
