The quiche looks delicious. Kitchen hack tip.... put your frozen spinach in a large sieve or colander ans then suspend it over a sink or another larger bowl. That way the spinach will drain/ dry as it thaws saving you the mess and hassle of squeezing it out.
Great recipe! 👍 TIPS: 1. Squeeze the spinach into a separate bowl. No point in adding more liquid to yet un-squeezed spinach. 2. Freeze the spinach liquid to add later on into rice, pasta, soups or stews for added nutrition & flavor!
@@sassyt1545 it’s not dishwater for heaven’s sake! haven’t you ever heard of keeping water after boiling pasta? you use it in soups, sauces and / or stews to naturally thicken without using cream or other thickening agents. and that water already has flavor, too. lots of natural shortcuts out there to cooking.
I am having your quiche right now. I think it's the best quiche I've ever had! I added sun dried tomatoes as mentioned by another reviewer. My new go to quiche recipe!
I’ve found a recipe during lockdown…I fry up bacon pieces. Use fresh spinach. Whisk up eggs, add spinach, whatever other veggies (I like mushrooms and bell peppers). Cheddar cheese. Garlic powder and black pepper. Once bacon is cooked and drained, toss into bowl with egg mixture. Since I make one serving, I grease Pyrex bowl, pour in mixture, top with parmesan…370° for 30min. I love it for breakfast!
I never made a quiche or even ate one. I made this today. I was sooo amazed of how good it was! I made it just like the recipe but I didn't have mushrooms. So I used bacon instead. I had the quiche with buttered toast. This recipe is soooo tasty, it's really a keeper! Thank you for sharing your recipe!!
I made this the other morning and it was fantastic! I used baby spinach (because that's what I had) and it came already washed so I just dumped it in to wilt. Cooked perfectly and was gobbled up. My daughter said I couldn't call it a quiche because there was no crust. I told her it's a free country and I could call it whatever I want :-) And that was the name so there! Thanks for the recipe.
I cant believe how quick and easy it was to prepare this and how DELICIOUS it was. I did make a homemade crust and it just took it to another level. However I think i needed more filling for my pie plate so next time i might double the receipe but just use one extra egg. I think that will give it the height im looking for. Other than that it was so awesome. Thank you so much.
Great vid - been making this exact recipe for years - only difference is I add tub of cottage cheese, so only 2 eggs are required. Holds together beautifully!
Just wanted to say that I made this recipe last night and it turned out so great! I substituted goat cheese for the feta (it was what I had on hand) and it was so yummy. Thinking about adding sundried tomatoes next time. I love your videos! They are so versatile and always come out tasting incredible! Anyone who hasn't, should try your scone recipes! They are my favorite!
I just made this today ...Wow .. this quiche is packed with flavor ....so simple to make .. I used a dark nonstick 9x9 pan so it only took 35 min to bake golden brown ...
So I am making this for the second time. It is delicious❣️❣️❣️this time I have added diced ham into the mix. The feta cheese just gives it that extra boost of flavor. It is so yummy, my husband and I just loved it. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe 💗👏🏻😊
I'm a vegetarian & I've recently started to cook. I cooked quiche today for the first time using this recipe. Absolutely delicious!! Next time I'll add more mushrooms. But still delicious
As usual, your recipes are absolutely incredible! I’ve never had to change a thing and it all turns out great. Thank you for all you do to help us prepare and enjoy delicious food.
I am from Australia and i tried this recipe tonight, i added with some dice bacon pieces to complete the dish and it turned out very good and yummy. I will be keeping this recipe. Thank you Natasha! ❤️
Made this tonight. Substituted feta for Swiss and added sliced tomatoes on top Only had fresh spinach I chopped up. It was sooooo good. Lovely recipe thanks and so easy ❤
Best quiche recipe hands Down. I've made this about 20 times with deep dish pie shells (seriously). Visiting my kids in Ohio and they're asking me to make it for the.. One thing I switched up was that I use Mediterranean Herb Feta Cheese instead of plain feta.
We love traditional quiche but don't make it anymore due to fat content. Yours sounded (and looked) good, so I researched cheeses with less sodium and made this with 8 oz. Swiss cheese and 6 oz. 2% cottage cheese vs. the cheddar and feta. It came out beautifully. Not "real" quiche but delicious, whatever the name! Thank you for sharing your recipe.
Yay a recipe for quiche without heavy cream! I love quiche but rarely keep heavy cream on hand so it's nice to know I can make it without and still come out just as delicious! Thank you! 😊
OMG, so good! We didn't add mushrooms, but we did saute some green pepper with the onions. We also added Italian seasoning to the veggie saute. Perfect dish!!
I tried your recipe and I love it!!! The only thing I changed was using fresh spinach rather than frozen. The quiche turns out a little watery...is it because of the spinach or baking time. Overall I am satisfied for 1st time baking quiche. Easy to follow recipe
Maybe try sauteing the fresh spinach, then squeeze out the liquid before adding. Also, as fresh mushrooms will give off a lot of liquid, be sure to saute well, and drain. 😊

Appreciate the short, straight to the point format. Well done.
I like it with hash brown crust, seasoned well and bacon with the spinach. Yum
Thanks for this! It looks so easy! I want to start eating all the quiche I should have eaten in the 80s.
What were we thinking? Apparently I was a quiche snob ! Quiche wasn’t cool enough and so yeah “real men don’t eat quiche “. 🙏❤️🇨🇦😂
